I watched you make the breakfast bombs, then followed the link to the recipe...somewhere along the line I forgot to cook the eggs beforehand (I’m still not sure which way is right). Thought I messed them up completely but since I’d just wasted 7 eggs I decided to try cooking the batter anyway. They had to be cooked an extra five minutes, but they were almost like light fluffy corn muffins, they came out great! Either way, thanks for the recipe!!
Misti, we marinate our steaks (tri tip strips from Costco) in Worcestershire sauce and Montreal Steak Seasoning, over night. We use this when we camp and want a delicious steak! Always a huge hit on the grill. ☺️. Can’t wait to try your breakfast bombs! We have a big snow day today here in CO, so some cooking is in order! 😜

Misti I love watching your meal prep videos..how do you know how much to eat with out eating to much . I have always measured my meats and everything on keto I’m so afraid not to..
I use a smaller plate, follow my stomach’s true hunger, or I will use a plate with dividers and I do not overfill them. I will even use my fist to help me judge what a serving size is.
Hi! In the beginning I kept it completely simple. Eggs, bacon, lots of veggies, salads, and proteins. I kept my fats simple with cheese, grass fed butter, and clean oils (avocado, olive, and coconut)

How do you store/reheat your roasted veggies to keep them oven crispy instead of soggy?
You could put them in the oven or an air fryer
