If Karasuno had a gaming channel it would be complete chaos. Kageyama yelling at the screen, probably fighting with Hinata who’s commenting on everything he does wrong, Hinata is that guy who falls out of his chair whenever he gets too excited/scared, Tanaka never gets his turn, and Daichi being the peacemaker, making no progress what so ever. LMAOO recipe for disaster but I’d definitely watch
if you noticed, that last scene when Karasuno dropped the PSP was a parody of them losing to Seijoh cause they all had the same reaction when Hinata got blocked at the end of that match lol
I think this. OVA really contributed to showing Nekoma's dynamic as a team and Kenma's setters skills and character. also Lev's enthusiasm :)) glad you watched it and didn't skip. The karusuno team playing is nice too. Tsukki's still a tall bag of snark lol, but Yam's used to him and just smiles the "shut up" away
You can also watch ova 2 after this.. Its about hinata and kageyama that was left behind when the others are going to tokyo.. Its also a funny episode 😂
I hope you liked the OVA! The OVAs add a bit more to the story and are also just fun to watch. You don’t have to react to them, since there’s no animation, but there are also a few drama CDs you can find on youtube that are just really funny. If I remember correctly, there should be no spoilers in any of them, there’s one where they spend Christmas together, one where they discuss why Tanaka and Noya aren’t popular with the ladies, one where they do movie scenes, and a few other ones. They’re not important, but just putting it out there in case you would like to watch on your own time or something :)
I like how your reaction picked up on how Karasuno's game playing really shows off their character's personalities (I cry tears when I see Asahi running away; bless his heart). Lev's confidence knows no bounds; like Kenma said, he's got some similarities with Shoyo in that regard. I'm looking forward to your reaction to the next OVA, which is extremely funny as well. :)

The Nekoma ovas are great and the one after this about Kageyama and Hinata failing the test is hilarious. But then the Aoba Johsai ova makes me cry. Damn this show makes me feel so many emotions 😭
I'm so glad I got to see your reaction to the OVA because a lot of reactors skip those and some of the future OVAs are actually really important to the progression of the anime. Loved the reaction, Lev is a big softy in a giant body and he's such a fun contrast to Kenma who always seems so lethargic and unenthusiastic(I still love him tho). Also, the Captain's name whom you forgot is Kuroo, and he's basically Kenma's guardian LMAO. I didn't remember how funny the scenes about Karasuno were so watching this with y'all made me laugh my ass all over again. i didnt notice till now but nice uniforms LOL you guys are really up there for me as my favorite haikyuu reactors! as for the 'informal speech' thing, it doesn't translate well into english. japanese as well as korean have a formal form of speech that you use when you're speaking to ur seniors/elders and by seniors, i mean anyone who is older than you even by one year. but yah, it's considered very impolite to speak with informal speech to strangers and your seniors. some people drop the formal speech once you form more intimate relationship but some people stick to it, it's honestly just dependent on ur preference i think.
