Hi ! How do you manage to get the two plastic pieces at both extremities ? I tried hitting them as you did but they won't get in. It seems the plastic parts are too large for the metallic ones, and I already scraped some plastic. Would try with a hammer if they still don't want to fit in :P

Hi, sorry for late answer, normally it easy to do that with hands. Kindly clean the scrapes with sandpaper or with knife and use mallet hammer and also take care too.
