Toroid Winder design and operation

I designed, built, programmed, and operate a small toroid winder. The requirement was to be able to wind with precision on single layer winds, with wire ranges from #38 awg to roughly #26 awg.
It is capable of winding in both directions on the toroid.

Excellent video - thank you for taking the ti e to explain how the details of these machines are configured . The wire delivery aspect was quite a puzzle to me - now after watching your explanation I am think of a few various designs! Thanks again and good luck !
