After being betrayed and rejected too many times within my 5-year relationship, I can say that the 12-step modality to practice has been the one important way to get on with my life. My life became unmanageable by staying in the cognitive dissonance or fantasy. Years in the making with others, I am a survivor from this type of narcissistic partnering and appreciate the information around the topic to help me transcend this old belief system. I got caught up in the saying 'stick around for the miracle' and 'we don't shoot our wounded'. I still have pangs of obsession, with forgiveness and no contact has helped me immeasurably. No your triggers. Thank you. The information has made me a better Therapist and investigator with my eyeballs wide open. RB

Randy,,,,you must be strong and stay on this path that you have discovered by wanting for your self. You just have to realise that you are a great person and you must get on with your life as well as you are able too...You are not alone, your truth is the most important for you and we all are here if you need a place to raise and held your head up...(I know that you don't believe it now) ....you will get better I promise!
