Man this reminds of the time when my Guinea pigs were babies man I miss the times when I was a freshman in high school then seeing my Guinea pigs as babies brings back memories

⚠️HELP!!⚠️I have a piggy question. My pigs make a sound with they're mouth, like we do with our tongue and the roof of our mouth(like what Anna did in Do you want build a snowman when she was making tick tock noises). They've just started doing this recently and I think it's usually with the wheeking, but not 100% sure, because it started recently. Their version also sounds a lot more like a knock on a door, quite low. Does anyone know what that sound means or the name of it, I want to make sure nothing is wrong, thank you!!
no! dont worry about it! its just them communicating. its natural. it just means theyre trying to tell the other guinea pig "get, im bored" or "hey, wanna play?" but it can also be a sign that their annoyed.

As always, make sure they are eating, drinking and pooping. If they hide a lot or seem off their feed, see your vet.
Mine usually does it when she seems annoyed lol
That's teeth chattering! It means they are hungry or annoyed. It's also a way they communicate with other pigs.
