Thank you guys so much. Hearing this has help me realize, that most of my frustrations are brought upon myself by my now "trying" to recognize my triggers. I say like that bcuz something I don't see them. But also learning to live with a partner is frustrating because I'm used to doing what I want once get home. but I know I need to change that negatives in me as well I'm not perfect either. I send thia video to her hopefully she watches and see what she does when she loses her patience or makes me lose mine. I don't want to go back to how I used to be once I lost my patience I would snap close my eyes and open my mouth not really caring what I say or who I hurt, punching the walls. So I'm here watching videos because I want to change I want to be a better more loving and patient man. Because if things don't work out I want to say that I did my best to make this family work. Ps. And whoever is going through this just stay patient, remember it's better to walk away and have a minute to cool down instead of a lifetime of regret. Much Love to all my Kingz and Queenz
