I was just wondering why this bread rises on the counter instead of overnight in the fridge like your other sourdough bread recipe? Looks delish 🤤
depends on the amount of time one has. Fridge raising is slower.
Why do you put a pan of water in the oven to create steam for this recipe? I know it’s good for the sourdough boule, but I wasn’t sure why for a sandwich style loaf. The recipe looks good and your demo was great. I’m baking a loaf today!
