I'd like to thank each and every one of you who take the time to watch DtC, and am very grateful to everyone who takes more time out of their day to comment. In a perfect world there would be endless time for either Tom or Ob to engage with everyone, but alas the world is far from perfect.

Q: I have a burning question about something in the video! What should I do?!
A: An email sent directly to Tom is the best way to get your question answered, because while he most definitely reads each and every one of your comments, he hasn't quite gotten the hang of replying to them in the comment section, and is not likely to in the foreseeable future. Or ever.
You can also call him if you prefer (856-866-8733) between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM, EST. This may be slightly more difficult because he's forever running around away from his desk, but it's worth a shot.
Q: I have a amusing anecdote, scathing criticism, or heartfelt compliment that I deeply need to express and I require / demand / long for a personalized response! What should I do?!

Well, he never did say that wasn't the case.
Have you guys gotten a strike on TH-cam or some thing? Screw political correctness this is history. And I doubt any of your fans would ever report you. And I think that those crazies that would report you even know you exist! I say keep it going, unless you are monetizing and got a strike from TH-cam. You are doing such a great job preserving history.
I could guarantee that if anyone “reports” on Tom, they couldn’t tell you who fought against who in WWII. History is a lost curriculum in the US. Sad 😢
Some previous videos could not be uploaded because the TH-cam software detected the prolonged display of a Swastika. You'll notice some videos have odd edits where Ob had to omit footage TH-cam took exception to (and not because Tom was struggling to open a box 😄). Crazy I know but these are the ridiculous times we live in.
As soon as they destroy all confederate objects of history as they are doing now then the whole slavery issue will be challenged as to rather or not it ever existed, Same goes for Nazi history.

It's Imperial Whisky with Coke.
Imperial. A very inexpensive whisky but one Tom seems to enjoy. I laugh at how he often comments on how good it is. Same with his cigars.
The Wittmann strikes again in this episode, against all "modern" believes he drinks and smokes like an old timer, cuts boxes like a pro and amuses us, and, yes, teaches us about "things from the past" ..... Always a pleasure to watch, and a pillar of old fashioned presenting !
Great video guys. I happen to have 2 erased rohm Eickhorn SA’s neither having the number stamped under the cross guard. Both look to have never been apart- now is it considered that they should have these numbers as I’m wondering why mine haven’t. Many thanks again

In many german museums you can see toy castles in this style, made between 1850 and 1950. I think the added Hookcrosses are simply for Propaganda, because in german romantic peride (1820s/1830s), also lmperial and Nazi periode,the time of Hochmittelalter (1000 to 1300) was romantized in a very strong way as a peak in german history and culture. So a toycastle with Hakenkreuz/Swastika should give children the Propaganda, that Naziera is in tradition line with legendary medieval heroes, for example Hohenstaufen dynasty.

I still own the Infantrie Belt and Bajonett of my grandpa and yes the items are kind of interesting but the enthausiasm on that stuff is kind of weird to me.
