    Mike has me motivated AF! I"m down 50lbs, but looking at these videos, I ain't even begun! I've been watching all the nutrition videos and soaking all that shit up. I like Rashid's focus on all around wellness, rather than bodybuilding. I"ll be 50 in December and want to focus on holistic living. Nice series Rashid.

      @@SuprEmpth Cut back how many times you eat every day, snacks included. Ex: If you are eating 5 times a day, take 2 meals out. Do that for awhile and work your way down to 1 meal a day. It takes lot of discipline but it can be done. Also eating at the same time(s) everyday helps tremendously.

      I also drink a lot of unsweetened healthy teas or infused waters with like, Palo azul, or cactus fruit about a gallon a day it helps curve the hunger. Do a parasite cleanse to help keep you from craving junk and sweets. Of course don't fuel up too much around your workouts or you'll have to be taking breaks to pee. Lol

      Also try to drink about 16oz of water before meals and 8oz after. U will see that on the 1st day u won't eat as much.

    This has been a really good series to watch. Big Mike is really starting to embrace the 'suck', which is the main reason he is seeing progress. Yeah Rashid is pushing him, but the determination comes from within. As someone who dropped 100 lbs last year, I can see that this will be a success already! One thing I am surprised I haven't seen more of is farmers carry in the program. That really helped me tighten down the core muscles and flattened out the 'bubble gut'. The stronger core helped increase all of the main lifts (squat, bench, dead lift) and allowed for better form/ROM. I do farmers at the end of every workout as a finisher. The trap bar carry from EP8 was nice to see!

    Basics indeed. Push ups n squats. Overhead press with squat drive is the best workout ever. I think push ups are the most underrated exercise.

    I typically work 68 + hrs a week, just got off a 12 hours shift I'm tired af, I hit the gym 3 or 4 times a week, yea that shit hard but nothing compare to pushing urself to lose weight let alone 100lbs, I've never been in Big Mike shoes but was that skinny kid that use to weigh 145, through hard work and dedication and years of never quiting I was able to get to 195 my goal is 200 it's close but yet so far. Keep pushing big Mike, I know this a long az post but I just wanted u to know were with u on ur Journey. BIG UP TO THE HOMIE RASHID GOD BLESS!!

    Loving the series and the progress! Just got out of the gym, saw this, and now I feel that I didn't do enough XD Gonna do some 1-leg lunges now and push-ups later haha.
    And before I started on my weight loss journey, I did 1 week of OMAD fasting. Gave me a new perspective on food, my body, and gave me the jump start into a new life.

    @mikerashidking Your videos have inspired me to kickstart my health and wellness journey. Ive done it before, losing upwards of 100 lbs on 3 different occasions but being tired of the rollercoaster and depression causing me to fall off my plan, I studied nutrition, macros and intermittent fasting this time around. Im down to 282 from 310 with about 60-70 lbs to go. My cravings are starting to disappear and my energy is increasing... we know whats next, loose clothes, better sleep etc. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you and Big Mike are an inspiration and a reminder that im not alone, even when it feels like I am.

    At one point I dropped 100lbs and did my first competition. Shortly after I let life get complicated and lost focus and put the weight back on. This is pure motivation
