Been lurking on your YT channel for a while, but just now subscribed. First comment. This ONE video gave me so many incredible helpful and healthful tips! 1) Don't buy oat flour. Just use oats. So simple! 2) Use tongs for coating battered food in the dry mix. Genius! 3) Use chickpea flour (do you also make this from dried beans??) and water as the batter. So healthy! Thanks for all of the great tips and the great recipe. Love the energy, humor and love that you both bring to your channel.
Nice summary! And yes you can make chickpea flour that way but the beans are harder, so that is one item I will buy as flour. Thanks for the kind feedback!
Be cautious of the chickpea flours if you aren’t used to it. I’ve found it can be a bit bitter tasting depending on what you are using it for. Just my experience. 😊
Oh boy! Looks like I have to make this one!!! I’m just back from a walk to the grocery store, and on a whim I added fresh ginger and black sesame seeds to my basket…..whaaaaaaat??? AND I have all of the other ingredients already at home to make the tofu version. Woot! Woot!
So I put the orange tofu on hold until tomorrow. I stuck with my original plan and for the first time I made your Irish Stew. Dang! That is goooooood stew! So easy-peazy too! I’m new to WFPB eating, so I’m trying out some recipes. The Irish Stew was my first from WYW and it’s a winner. It is definitely going into my rotation. Hoping tomorrow’s orange tofu is just as yummy-yummy in my tummy!!! 😋
This looks delicious. I love tofu and cauliflower. And I make oatflour in my vitamix all the time. literally 5 seconds. Gonna try this recipe. and definitely need to check out your products. Awesome idea of the rice in the orange peel! Thanks!
Oh boy this orange sauce is Wonderfull Haven’t done the tofu yet as waiting a press to be delivered, but can’t wait to complete the dish Thanks so much, love your vidoe’s
Yummo! I have bags of frozen stir fry veggies in my freezer. I'm going to press some tofu right now! The only way this could be any easier is if y'all would come cook it for me. 😁
I’ve not seen you use coconut aminos before. They are much lower in sodium than soy sauce or tamari, and they are also gluten free and wheat free. Just FYI for those who need to know.
Ive never commented on your vids before, but been watching long time. This recipe is dope. Saw 2 weeks ago and finally made it. Happy eith quality of coating and flavor of sauce. I had bought a slightly unripe naval orange and it came out great orange flavor still
Love you guys, love the concept. This is the first recipe of yours that I made, I did exactly what you did in the video and I have mixed reviews. The sauce is good (but my preference is to have more salt). That breading though.. maybe I did something wrong but it's like chewing on raw crusty flour. Didn't work for me I'm afraid. If I were to make it again, I would just skip the breading and apply sauce to regularly roasted cauliflower and crispy tofu. I'm gonna let the rest of my experiment soak in the sauce overnight and hope it infuses into that outer breading more. Sorry, I tried. Hope I have better luck on the next recipe.
If you do salt definitely don’t hesitate to add some either as salt salt or as tamari or soy sauce. Yes the texture is a lot different compared to the fried stuff.

I’d try to order some rice vinegar if you can’t find it locally. It really makes oil free Asian cooking possible especially if you don’t use much soy sauce.
The sauce looked green from the green onion, but when you added it to the tofu & cauliflower it did not look green, did you change it? I think I’d skip the green onion if I try making this
I would let it soak in a bowl, fully submerge the crusty parts, with some dish soap in the water for a while. Maybe check after half an hour. Wash as regular.
The recipe looks fabulous but the video was so jumpy- almost made me nauseous to watch it. I love your videos so I will just listen to this one lol! Keep up the great recipes!

Perfect thanks!

Another Well Your World masterpiece.
What a great dish! Made it with Cauliflower tonight and it was excellent.
Ummm I’m pretty sure I have to make this tonight 🤤
Yummy 😋 orange cauliflower and tofu recipe Dillon & Reebs. Thanks 👍 for a healthy version. Love 🥰 the video and love ❤ Dillon & 💗 Reebs.
Lolol all the greats for great grandmother! 😂 This looks great, will try this week!
You can use chopsticks instead of the tongs to help coat the tofu/cauliflower. They don’t collect as much flour.
we will have to try that next time
Made it. It slaps 💯 🎉
This looks delicious. I love tofu and cauliflower. And I make oatflour in my vitamix all the time. literally 5 seconds. Gonna try this recipe. and definitely need to check out your products. Awesome idea of the rice in the orange peel! Thanks!
Hope you enjoy
Sounds and looks awesome!! I can’t wait to try it. I love your t-shirt too! I’m going to buy it too!! Thanks Dillon and Reebs!!!!

Yummo! I have bags of frozen stir fry veggies in my freezer. I'm going to press some tofu right now! The only way this could be any easier is if y'all would come cook it for me. 😁
🤣
Wow! Looks fabulous! And I love Reebs idea of using the orange peel to serve the rice! Great idea Reebs!
I’ve not seen you use coconut aminos before. They are much lower in sodium than soy sauce or tamari, and they are also gluten free and wheat free. Just FYI for those who need to know.
I'm making this tonight! I will zest the orange into the sauce, yum! Thanks for sharing!

Awesome!
oh wow that looks good! I think I have all this at the house also. This might just get made tonight. Thank you both for easy recipes/ideas.

Oh man, this looks so good!! Thank you!
All of it sounds and looks incredible….Thank you
Love this one!!! Making it next week!
Made this today, I made it a bit to spicy, but it was really good for how simple it was. Trying tofu tomorrow.
Oh, that looks so good! I hate cooking but I just might have to give this recipe a go.

To get a bit more of the orange flavor into the sauce I would zest the orange first and add that to the dressing as well.
Yes I used to do this on the original recipe back when we first invented this for our cooking show. Not worth the effort for me.
This seems soooo amazing :D I also love the point that you don't need to recreate "everything" - only do it if it's easy :) thank you for sharing
So important!
Love it can’t wait to make❤
Yummy! That looks amazing. I definitely want to make this with tofu. 😋😋🍊🍊
I can’t wait to make the cauliflower version. I’ll sub soy sauce for coconut amino‘s. Thank you! 😊
Enjoy!
Looks so yummy🎉
Can’t wait to try this. I’ve been using tapioca starch or arrowroot and my tofu gets slimy with globs of yuck.
Ya im not into those processed things
Gonna make this today, I’m so excited! May I ask why chickpea flour is used, and would I be able to use other types of flour for the dunking?
You could try other flours. Just often my go to for batters. Has a nice savory flavor.
This looks amazing!
Reebs orange bowl was a great idea. Do think the zest would be a good idea?
For sure
Looks delish!!
Is an air fryer healthy to use?
Oh hell yeah. I love Chinese food.
Hundred percent alternatives at home that are greasy way better this looks amazing so tasty, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪
Excited to try this! Child friendly... My children will only eat tofu straight from the package with nothing on it 😂
Jarlic😍
What substitute can I use if I don't have rice vinegar? Definitely want to make this one!
I’d try to order some rice vinegar if you can’t find it locally. It really makes oil free Asian cooking possible especially if you don’t use much soy sauce.
@@WellYourWorld Thanks! I do love using soy sauce too!
You can make veggie broth with your scraps
Yes we have videos about this
Yum ❤
You can do something w this core - but I'm not gonna.
< guy is my hero>
Can you bake the tofu with the sauce on it?
What would be the instructions for doing in an oven?
oven instructions are included on the recipe, bit.ly/OrangeCauliflowerOrTofu
Hi! @ 7:50 What is that appliance you just through your rice into??? Looked like you were throwing it into the dishwasher? 🤣
The microwave
Hi Guys, I love your videos, do you have a vegan version of butter chicken?
Yes we do. Ate it this week. It’s part of our membership. Try it out for a month wellyourworld.com/cookingshow
@@WellYourWorld I'll stick to just watching your TH-cam videos but Thanks.
Oh yes they do and it is FANTASTIC!
Do you also zap your own chick peas or do you buy that as a flour?
I do buy that as flour
The sauce looked green from the green onion, but when you added it to the tofu & cauliflower it did not look green, did you change it? I think I’d skip the green onion if I try making this
No it’s pretty orange yellow. Not green

An instruction video on how to clean a crusty whisk would help me.
I would let it soak in a bowl, fully submerge the crusty parts, with some dish soap in the water for a while. Maybe check after half an hour. Wash as regular.
Panda 🐼 Express
Omg that long spoon 😂
we call it the monster spoon 😂
I don’t have a air fryer 😢
Baking is fine
Love using microwave for some things, but be aware that the microwave destroys B12. Just keep that in mind. Love this recipe!!
B12 comes from supplementation so whether that is true or not it is completely irrelevant. Do not rely on B12 in your food.
Best to cut the dates open.
Sometimes, they are infested with bugs 🐛
I’ve never had that happen. But I have had some that aren’t pitted. So I always squeeze them. I think I’d find out about bugs when I squeeze too.
The recipe looks fabulous but the video was so jumpy- almost made me nauseous to watch it. I love your videos so I will just listen to this one lol! Keep up the great recipes!
What if no “air fryer’ 😢
oven instructions are included on the recipe, bit.ly/OrangeCauliflowerOrTofu
I did mine in the oven. Excellent results!!! 😋
Freeze ur tofu first!
we need to try that
