    I dont usually comment on videos but I just need to thank you guys. I've been having knee pains for almost a year now and had several doctor visits and xray. These stretches really helped me out big time!! Yesterday I managed to walk 5km without any major pain for the first time since the injury. So thank you, its like my dreams do come true lol

      Two years ago i had an operation on my knee since then i really have pain and i cannot make it fully straight and also cannot bend my knee.

      Remember an x ray does not show everything. I had blood clots.with no known leg issues.but weakness. Ct scans, doppler test. If all test are neg, its time to strengthen that leg ! And go slow and give it time.,)

It is a great one off guide for learning how to fix chronic knee pain minus the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate after many years got amazing results with it.

It is a great one of a kind product for learning how to fix chronic knee pain minus the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy at last got amazing success with it.

      Appreciate Video clip! Forgive me for butting in, I would love your opinion. Have you tried - Dinanlinson Rocky Position Approach (should be on google have a look)? It is a good one off product for learning how to fix chronic knee pain without the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate after many years got amazing results with it.

    Wow, instant relief to my right knee ... yesterday I took my daughter's dog for a walk around the block and after returning my knee felt out of place and started to have pain in which I could not walk right...long story short---you guys have a great demonstration here for it!

    Holy crap. I’m planning to play for my basketball team but my knees would kill me every time I worked out. Years of pain gone with a 16 minute video. I can’t thank you enough. Great work with all the videos. I can only say thank you.

      @@youknowkc2209 My knee pain is gone because of this video. Do all of them then do some light cardio. Do them every day as a part of your stretches. Hope it helps . It’s so much easier living without knee pain

      I did the stretches and it helped for a bit and then the pain is back. I just want this pain gone. It’s getting in the way of movements I need to play ball

      I iced the knee afterwards and then was wearing a knee brace. It helped relieve the pain but it came back once I took the brace off

    I added the straight leg raise to my routine a few weeks ago to strengthen my quads with the goal of eventually doing squats. It helped a lot and now I have added squats to my sessions. Thank you gentlemen for your great advice!

    guys thank you so much, i spend most of my time skiing. it brings me the most joy out of anything. i recently hurt my knee pretty badly and was causing a lot of pain. i was very worried id be out for a while and not able to ski. thanks to you guys my knee feels so much better and im basically free of pain!!

    These look like great exercises! I haven’t been able to go to physical therapy for my knees because of quarantine. I decided to see if there was anything on your channel that could help me.     Thank you guys so much! I'm a runner and been having knee pain for months! Gave the knee cap adjustments a try going up and down and I can feel the instant relief. Literally walked around my bed and the pain was gone! Thanks! God bless!

    I can't beleive it. You guys are amazing. Last month I tried adding reverse lunges (no weight) to my cardio workout. Bad idea. 64 y/o male hx of patellofemoral syndrome in right knee. Knee started hurting, especially going up stairs. I searched your youtube videos & saw you mention strengthening excercise(s) and also simply manipulating the knee cap. I tried manipulating knee cap, right/left down/up. Lots of crepitus on the up/down (but no pain). After some more manipulating I tried some stair. OMG/holy smokes! Pain went from about 7-8 before to maybe a 2. Amazing. God Bless you and thanks!

    I love both of you guys! Two months ago, I fell and fractured my upper tibia bone. Fortunately, I didn't have to have surgery because the depth of the fracture was small. The exercises that you have shown me has helped tremendously in gaining my mobility and strength!! I still have to use crutches for now and wear my immobilizing brace. Recently, my brace was reset from 30 degrees to 110 degrees!! 😊. I'm exercising everyday to get better and stronger!! 😊. God bless you both!! Thank you for your guidance and advice 👍😊!!!     Man. Thank you guys. Maybe it’s premature, but the first stretch you suggested immediately relieved 90% of my knee pain. I’m 36 and my knee has been bothering me for the last 6 years. I took up biking 6 summers ago and didn’t have good technique and gave myself a pretty wicked strain injury that has haunted me ever since. And stopped me from biking. I’ve seen physiotherapists, chiropractors, gotten orthotics, massage therapists…. Some small help, but doesn’t help much when you can get to the chiropractor once a month and the other 29 days suck.

    The first stretch instantly took away pain I have had for 10 years behind my knee that I was told was from a Bakers Cyst. Great stretching information in all your videos that helps with flexibility as I get older. Very informative and very clear directions. Love you guys!

    I used these movements and the knee massage with rubbing behind the knee and it takes my knee pain away for a while. I am looking forward to better pain control and or getting rid of my knee pain. You guys are awesome!

    Went to PT for back and hips for first time today. I told her I felt like my leg needed to be pulled, so she pulls out this seatbelt and wraps it around my leg. 12am now my back and hips feel good but I was waken by throbbing in my left knee. These stretches have helped.

    Thank you so much. I'm 53 and since having a TKR last fall, my mobility has been seriously compromised. I can walk with less pain but bending and nighttime pain is horrendous, now in both knees. I've become very sedentary and depressed as a result of the surgery and severe osteoarthritis in both knees. Living in a remote area, I have really no choice as to who my ortho is. I'll give these exercises a go though and join the FB group.

    I have awful knee pain. Inflammation and recently left arm hurts. Trying your exercises. So far it feels good. My knees felt relaxed.

      Thanks for the Video clip! Apologies for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you ever tried - Dinanlinson Rocky Position Approach (probably on Google)? It is a smashing one off product for learning how to fix chronic knee pain without the normal expense. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my close friend Aubrey at very last got amazing success with it.

    I have nasty knee pain and a job where I am on my feet 10hr day..
    Add in NSAID allergy. I was running out of options. These felt so good after.

      There are many components to relieving pain at home. One resource I found which successfully combines these is the Pabs Pain Pundit (check it out on google) it's the most useful plan i've heard of. Check out all the incredible information .

    I had some knee pain that didn’t allow me to fully extend my right leg. This was so painful at night. I watched this video and tried a few of these stretches. I was better right after moving my kneecap like suggested. Also did some stretches for the last few days. I’m so much better. Thank you so much for these videos. I’ve been watching for awhile now.

    Mr. Bob and Brad: I found your video 3 nights ago. I was recently diagnosed with knee osteoarthiritis. That day, I was in significantly pain. After doing your video that night, I felt much better! I even slept better that night (no bothering from my knee). I have been doing them once a day since then, and I can feel it is working. I like that you are clear and have a sense of humor. Thank you very much.

    THANK YOU! I was so sure I was heading for surgery. My knees were hurting so bad, I couldn't walk without braces and a whole lot of pain killers.
    But after employing these techniques, I am walking again. No braces, only an occasional aspirin if I have been standing too long. I started doing them 3-4 times a day initially. Now I do them each morning when I get up, and again before I go to bed.
    I also started taking some supplements to aid in long term repair, but I attribute the quick results to these exercises.

    the very first technique at 1:59 helped me a lot ... I had pain in the inner side of my knee. Just doing this 10 x 2 sets fixed it. Great video

      Same with me. Pain on inside of one knee and couldn’t flex it a lot until I twisted it like he said and it worked very well. I’m a happy subscriber now.
