The best video of this topic I have found. Thank you.
I’ve been looking for this technique for 3 days now. Thanks a million 😁
So glad it helped!! I remember when I first made this video, it was precisely because I couldn't find any info on it anywhere haha
Thank you! This video saved my life today! 🤍
thanks you,
Thank you so much! This was really helpful for a 30's dress I'm trying to sew which has really tricky seams. The vintage instructions tell you to do it a really really terrible way. Clipping ALL the way to the dog first and just telling you to sew it by holding back the seam allowance and top stitching it on to the other piece. I tried clipping first (not even to the dot) and it frayed as you tried to work with it and ended up showing some raw edge on the right side. This way will be much better. Other videos on this do not actually let you know you're pivoting and need to keep sewing STRAIGHT or you don't get a smooth corner. Such simple but crucially important bits are often missing on sewing videos so thank you.
Good timing for me, the exact technique I need for today's sewing.😊
Woo hoo!!
Great tutorial! Thank you so much for the new sewing information. Always great to learn something new a day.
So glad it helped!!
Thank you for this super informative and helpful video ! I really like your technique videos , have a nice day 😊😊
Thank you so much! Glad the video was useful!
Excellent! thank you very much.
I'm going to put the letters ZR in a white vinyl marine sun pad in the same way you showed. It seems the release point in the corner is the key. Lots of sharp turns. I'm wondering if I should use a glue to secure the runs going into the sharp turns, and/or staple the heck out of the whole thing.??
Thanks soo much for this! Cause could never visualize Reminds me of a vneck
YES! A V-neck is super similar 😉 And so glad the video helped- I know for myself had I not done it like a million times, it would be super hard for me to visualize these instructions!!
what if the corner is even sharper?
