It feels like it was supposed to be busking (gain resource), self-help through music (heal horror), or stalling for time (move enemy), but instead it's all 3 at once and it works on eldritch horrors. I can see what they were going for, but it falls apart a lot when I start busking for avian thralls, who apparently have change to spare.
There are cards that aren't discarded from scenario cards. The first one that came to mind was Breach The Door. If Trashcan Pete has access to it, that would be a good card to bounce back to your hand just to make things a little easier on your cluevers.
At 14xp, Pete kind of breaks the game. Not in the good way. In the Gloria way. On Your Own, and then Makeshift Trap, with Simple, Explosive, and Short fuse. Fast and free dynamite blast that you do all with free triggers. Hell, free Look What I Found pulls weight too. He trivializes most early and mid enemies. And then when you get some more xp you can get True Survivor and Will to Survive constantly recurring, letting you do something about elites and clues. That’s not a huge ask either, so it should scale with the game naturally. I think if you have him and Gloria together, you might as well leave the encounter deck at home.
Yo, just got into arkham horror lcg again, can you tell me the subsription to where you get your table and all the decks? Want to play around and try to create a campaign with as many assets as possible :D just to goof around. Thank you in advance!

Oh yeah, I forgot about the ene SK stuff like Map The Area and Breach The Door. Definitely makes those cards a little bit better.
Maybe you can move enemies to one place and do a Dynamite Blast? xD
