Excellent 4 keys to concentrate on. You described my morning. I start my day with a long walk with my dogs and I spend that time thinking about what I'm grateful for and I think about what I need to focus on that day. I enjoy your channel very much.

Movement is what I do intentionally every morning when I wake up. I squart, I bend my knees, I do stretching exercises. I will practise the other three form now onwards. Thank you!

Mes routines du matin ont changé au fil des années. J’ai commencé à en faire il y a bientôt 50 ans. Parmi les premières, il y a eu celle de faire du jogging dès le réveil avant d’aller à l’école (et le soir, je lisais avant de me coucher quitte à ne dormir que 4h). L’autre routine, en hiver, était de me "laver" le haut du corps avec de la neige fraîche (mais il n’y en a plus maintenant). La dernière grosse routine était de prendre ma mobylette et d’aller jusqu’au gymnase dans une ville éloignée pour faire 2 à 4 heures d’arts martiaux (judo, kendo), le dimanche matin ald d’aller à l’église (ce qu’o. Faisait plus jeune). Ça c’était jusqu’à l’âge de 17 ans environ. Puis, en sport études, je faisais des pompes ou allait courir. Vers 24 ans, j’ai commencé le stretching pendant mon service militaire. Je l’ai intégré à ma routine, et ce depuis presque 40 ans, en y ajoutant quelques exercices de kiné. J’ai également intégré la lecture, toujours faire le lit (depuis l’âge de 8 ans), depuis 10 ans environ, je fais aussi 15-20 minutes de repassage une semaine sur 2, je lis aussi 15-20 minutes, je range ou fais la vaisselle et fais 15 minutes de ménage. Ces derniers exercices permettent au corps de bouger, de se mettre en mouvement, de s’échauffer avant une éventuelle séance de sport. Je pratique des exercices respiratoires (4x7s - 9 reps), avant le stretching et quelques fois, je commence par un petit massage de la tête. Ensuite je visualise, vérifie et programme ma journée si nécessaire.
