I didn't have a vildrax left over, so I used a second akemtum instead. Both of them have giant slayer, and it still works. I think it's overall better for him in other content. Very cool team.

Giant slayer is the way to go for Akemtum. His passive procs on a per-poison basis. So if an enemy takes damage from 4 poisons at once from say, a Taurus, his passive will hit each enemy under hex 4 times.
