2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee screen works but control knobs won't work.

I got my Durango and had the same exact issue I was thinking of buying a radio bezel thinking that was the problem.
I didn’t have a fuse in F49 you have saved me so much money.

Well I will be damned, I tried this today as having the same issue and it fixed it, took out fuse 49 and it was not blown, put it back in again and started the jeep and hey presto all working again. I am in South Australia :)

Check the orange cable hidden under your passenger seat next to battery there’s a fuse there not listed in the Jeep book

Daniel, in the cigarette lighter under the Uconnect has stopped working. I think it might be the fuse. I am going to hope this video is my life saver so I don't have to worry about an electrical problem in my Jeep.

I have the opposite problem. All the controls work, and the radio works, but the screen backlight is off so it’s dark!

@@bavelr6687 mine just started to come back after being off for quite awhile. It used to go back and forth every few days or weeks.
I’m not 100% sure yet, but I think it has something to do with that fuse under the passenger seat, or the wiring down there.

Same. I had my battery changed and somewhere other than the dealer and the screen lights up and says Jeep. The touch screen does not work. I can see that the radio is playing on my console. No sound.
