    Interesting talk. My mother was involved in a scam and they were able to get her entire savings of $150,000. This has caused tremendous stress in our family. I've sent her money and have tried to raise money for her but haven't been successful. My stomach is in knots, my appetite is way down, I'm not sleeping well and my pain has increased. My mom is wearing a heart monitor as her pulse rate is down to 45 beats per minute. I'm pretty sure that is because of the stress of the situation. Having so much trouble trying to apply these things because its hard to see a solution out of it. It has controlled my whole life these last 3 or 4 weeks.

      Your awareness is essential here and you figured out what you need … to apply and implement these methods and calm your nervous system
      You have accomplished allot in the face of adversity.. and see this process now as a journey of your healing … no resistance… radical acceptance and awareness that your symptoms are Neuroplastic and you can recover
