It’s a very under appreciated but long hours job, as the link between management and the company. It involves looking after the needs, payments of so many people as well as all the scheduling and information sharing.

Haha, I loved how you said everybody's full name except Celinde(because I'm guessing it's not easy for English speaking people to say :p). So that's how the dressing room assigning thing works. Had no clue. Thanks for that. I have learned so much during this pandemic! I also laughed so much too thanks to you guys. And Edgar :)
It's important to remember that most London theatres don't have the biggest dressing rooms. Many share facilities with the rest of the floor. Here in South Africa, the state subsidized regional theatres all have numerous principal rooms, then more sub-principal rooms and often designated rooms for an opera chorus or a ballet company. The larger rooms often have up to 4 showers and 2 baths. To achieve this, when our theatre was converted from 2 cinemas into 5 theatres, a block of flats was incorporated into the dressing room block. And yes, we also have lifts to all levels :-)

I'm surprised when they wound up with an extra dressing room at the Sondheim, they didn't keep Thenardier and Javert together and then split the girls up? Like, Madame T and Fantine in one room and Cosette and Eponine in the other. I know that girls' room was pretty big though, so I guess it makes sense to have them all in there, but I would still think they'd spread people out a little more if they could. Especially how Carrie's mentioned Cosette and Madame T have their big hoop skirts that can fill up the room pretty quick!
