I found to be diabetic 4 months before with hba1c of 9.8 and it’s 5.6 now, I followed the below, I cut down rice I used mudde(ragi ball) or chapati as alternatively I cut down sugar I use to walk for 3 kms in 30 min a day And used below daily I’m drinking Amrutha noni d plus twice a day And drank Areca tea twice a day Above worked really well In felling better the way used to be before diabetes With the above practice I got the sugar levels down within 2 months intact doctor has to reduce the dose consistently because my sugar levels were going down to 70 hope this helps someone
