Have to say that this is on my wish list. Combines old school vintage Polaroid and film camera, retro digital camera and modern day smart phone editing and storing in one package. Gives me all then nostalgic feelings.
I just got mine, I took a few shots already and it's such a blast shooting with this camera! I love the hybrid nature of it, being able to choose wich ones to print and using this as a printer for other cameras is a game changer. Also, really good video! You just earned yourself a sub! Which one would you suggest between these two- Lipplay or Evo? i wanted to buy a hybrid camera in square or wide print, but I don't think that's available in India at this moment :( thanks for this video tho, absolutely loved it :)

You also need to consider the cost of film as well and ease to get those films also! I wonder if you can get one on eBay and be some of the first people to review the instax evo in India!!!!

Are there any other digital cameras that you’re aware of that will shoot with that same like film/retro/ lowery quality vibe but not have the printing stuff? I wanted a similar camera for like selfies and vacations with unique images but I feel like the printing features is not something I’d pay more for. Anything under like 4-500?
Yea it will but only at like 4mp. I would look at pentax q for old fun cameras, that is what I am into lately. Old low mega pixel camera is making a comeback. Oh u might like fuji xpro 1 also
What’s your go to setting to achieve the most authentic “film” look? I just got mine and wanna start playing around but want some ideas for settings to start with!
Ok my friend here we go. 1. Exposure -2/3 stop 2. White balance auto 3. Film Normal 4. Lens either Normal or Vignette 5. Flash off (unless you shooting against the sun or indoor) That's all I did 😀
Can you re-connect a phone you accidentally deleted in the 'Delete Pairing Reg' selection? I am struggling to connect my phone again. I have tried restarting both my phone and camera, updated my phones software, and deleted and redownloaded the instax evo app.
Is easy man turn on the camera, and then hit the right button on the cross pad and the first thing you will see is flash, and then select suppressed flash. Hit OK and you’re good to go
@@ToasterVentura i would like this so much that I really considered it but I made that promise and will have to wait for the next version. Fuji just came out with the insta square printer and that now has USB-C so I'm confident with the popularity of this EVO format that we will see a more expensive pro version or after some time a V2 with included USBC. I'm very onboard with one cord to rule them all.

It's just a digital printer that you can't take photos with. Nothing analog or vintage about it really

Honestly I use a cheap 32gb SanDisk SD card because it's cheap and fast. Since it shoots max 4.5mp lol 32gb goes a long way!
Do you get a case or camera strap in the box
U get a strap but the case I bought separately and it's super cheap anyways
