- The first day when I start to do my DTF Printing, I keep asking myself what is my printing cost per A3 Pet Film. Then I keep searching for the answer. Do you want to get the COST CALCULATOR : wa.link/wlfg7y
But there is no exact answer. What we can do is an estimate the ink consumption for printed Image.
The image using inside the video is rich in colour and base on my experience of using a large format printer, the ink consumption should be high. 287mm x 370mm is the maximum safe zone area we can print with A3 size Pet Film. In conclusion, we can assume that this is the Maximum Ink Consumption for A3 Size Pet Film.
With this Excel Calculator, you can estimate your DTF Epson L1800 Printing Cost With Less Than 1 Minute. Just key in the cost of DTF ink, pet film and powder. Remember to divide your shipping cost and taxes into the product cost. Then the rest will auto calculate it.

Hi my friend excellent videos, just a question there is a way to buy this machine but only fill whit CMYK ink ( NO WHITE) then print normally, its the possible to that with acrorip software, im planning to do that because i will use only for white garment so no white ink is needed, avoid clog problems and save money. thanks!

The original ink come with Epson L1800 printer is a Dye Base ink. Can not use for DTF Printing

We can ship world wide. As a beginner I am NOT so advice to take SwitchPro+. Personally I still love my basic DTF Printer, may be I know to do my own maintenance.

Hi sir : want your help , I am giving print every day , but white ink stop coming next day when I start print , please sir help

1) do we need to give head clean every day , every day head clean does it damage the printer head
2) is ink circulation machine required
3) sir my color changes after print out , that is dark brown become black after white get mix with it , light green become dark green

For my ink supplies, I just do syringe ink maintenance method on the day before I start printing job.
My printer? I don't install any ink circulator unit. And my printer already 2 years old and still function.

Sir but regarding change of color , what should I do
1) Say example I have png file in that there is dark brown
But when I print till the time white is not mix it is dark brown
But once final printout come out the dark brown become more dark and then appear like black
Similar little blue turn out in final print out to dark blue
So all shade are becoming more dark
Perform nozzle check to make sure all color nozzle are healthy before start your printing job

That calculator is to calculate cost per A3
While applying powder there is lot of wastage
At beginning, I reuse the powder after filter it. Then later I noticed that my time is more valuable then it.

The dtf ink we sell already passed many test. Base on Malaysia humidity, 7 days WITHOUT printing, on 8th day just perform the daily maintenance like what you saw the video, the printer printing like normal. I don't think our ink need it.
