Levi is OP, we know that.
Not even, if we are truly honest. He is just *d~AAAMN* strong - *AND* has unbelievable Body Control and Reflexes compared to the average Human.
Levi can also like Everyone else, not afford to get hit by any Titan of a certain Strength and Size. His Body would shatter and rip like with everyone else.
He needs the *3D-Maneuver Gear* like Everyone else. If he is out of Gas - and if he can't pull himself up somewhere, to reach the only vital Points of pure Titans or of Titan-Shifters - he is same as helpless against these colossal pricks as everyone else.
But the Conditions are there. The 3D-Maneuver Gear exists. And dear *Erwin Smith* and his brave Troop of Soldiers delivered Levi the *CHANCE OF A LIFETIME* to get close to this Bastard and hack and slash away at him until it is done.
You can't blame the Beast-Titan for being so infinitely arrogant. Normal Humans can never even come *CLOSE* to being an actual Threat to him.
Levi would have not unlikely not even reached him - if not for Erwin's Distraction.
Remember ? Beast-Titan -Kun can *SCREAM* and transform all pure Titans in his Vicinity into frenzied, angry, "faster" Versions of themselves.
*Never - ever - FOREVER* would he just let Levi-Kun come close to him, if he would have noticed early enough.
But Erwin was there ... ...
... ... ... and so was his courageous band of utterly fearless, young Soldiers - barely People around 20 Years of age.
They gave Levi the Chance to f~ this cruel Bastard of a Titanshifter up. And damn did Levi deliver a beatdown.
The funny part is they actually censored this part a little bit. When Levi stuck his sword into Zeke's mouth and asked him a question when Zeke didn't answer he shoved it through his mouth and up through his right eye and propped him up so the sword was sticking out of his eye toward the top of his head lol. Levi don't play

Yes the manga is way more darker the anime edit out a lot of gore in the seens
@@Tarolyn17 to make it less gory the manga has way more gory stuff. Like when reiner and bertolt reveal themselves and mikasa attacks reiner the anime doesn’t show what she actually did she cut his arm off in the manga
I think there is a fine line of gore and making a point. This version does a fine job of making a joke when Zeke doesnt answer because there is a sword in his mouth.

They're fighting a war, you don't throw away a military advantage during a war when you literally have all the tools on hand to gain said advantage...and having the beast titan user eaten would have fulfilled the promise too since the beast titan they fought would effectively be dead.

Ergo, he would be my preferred capture versus armored or collosal.
Eren already had the Attack and Founding, so as far as offensive power goes, they had a pretty good showing already.
What a dumb take, Levi had no way of knowing how the situation was on the other side of the wall (If the armored and colossal were defeated) + it takes times to go to the other side without horses, so the safest way of saving Erwin or any soldier if they were still breathing was to spare the ape, stop trying to act smart and come up with hindsight solutions
DESERVED, THATS ALL I FELT AFTER THE CHARGE, ZEKE just deserved every slice Levi gave him and more.

The fact is Zeke was the 2nd most strongest Titan shifter at that time and one of the hardest opponent to take but but Levi in his God Mode (activate after the death of Erwin) it took 30 second to take down Zeke...

Not necessarily. Remember the rule of Titan inheritance if the current wielder is killed. Spoilers:
If the current beast died, any Eldian born after his death would have a chance to inherit it that means at best, a citizen of Paradis would get it, but no one would know.
Alternatively, Marley could get possession, and the situation goes back to square one.
