I’m definitely moving to Houston from Florida in March! Planning on renting first before using my VA home loan to buy a house. I’m really interested in the best areas that see not located in flood zones though since that’s one thing that really scares me about Houston.

I find the videos to be very informative and well done. That said I can sense some energy coming from another you tuber who professes to be the original living in Houston channel. All this aside, I think we can have more than one channel dedicated to the Houston market

After I get my degree I would consider applying for jobs with US companies who are looking to sponsor green cards. I'd like to move to US but also I've done a lot of research about crime in US. Can you advise me please on how to choose a safe place? I mean in Europe we don't really have shooting on streets or armed robberies (at least not in the town I live)
