my civic was surplus from Japan but i don't know anything about Hondas yet i am not even sure of the year its a dual carb civic
please consider making a spoon fiber glass lips for the eg, they really hard to find lol and oem ones are way to expensive

why not have fiberglass mouldings made of that lip bru and then you dip it in carbon fiber wrap will look jas!
