You actually can remove the knob off of the Logitech steering wheel as well. I relocated mine to about the 7:30 position for a more natural feel instead of the crazy 12:00 position.
@David Legg You should be able to configure it because most steering wheel are compatible with American Truck Sim but I'm not going to make any promises but to answer your question I think so.
I just feel like 400 is a bit high for a all plastic wheel without force feedback or shifter, it's also only realistic in farming simulator, in any other sim game like a racing sim this thing just feels wrong, also the lack of force feedback and a shifter make it non suitable for games like that

The Saitek Wheel/Sidepanel was available for FS17 (maybe FS15??). I've had mine for over 6 years now, and the buttons are getting to be unreliable. The wheel itself failed, the replacement failed, so I've been using a more robust wheel to steer with. Not sure my budget would extend to $399 for the whole kit and kaboodle. Also wondering if they'll ever get us a matching shifter - that also has a lo/med/hi shift?!!

Rarely used the steering knob even irl i rarely use it i just use the wheel itself the knob can be handy for close in movements
Excited to see what people think to the Hori, good summary!

I just dont get the marketing behind this! Surely the majority of gamers play on a console so why havent they developed a set up for xbox or ps4/5???
I use a g27 on my ps5 it works great.
Plenty of setups for console. Not every company needs to cater to console peasants!
I believe most farm sim players are pc players
Pretty cool but it´s too much for my pockets so I can just dream of it

It came out for fs15
I hope that they offer the stick/side panel as a stand alone product, I don't need another wheel.
I got the side panel by itself and thrust master just came out with a joystick for farming simulator. I use both now 😅
