Awesome! You have a lot of info in a pocket planner! I use a Filofax Malden Personal. Just curious...do you keep a food journal to help with thyroid issues? What type of pen do you have in pen loop? It is difficult to find the perfect fit for the Malden.
I don't keep a food journal at the moment, but I do want to start one. I have a Tul pen. I got it from Amazon.
Love this! Love the idea of printing out affirmations etc. as it makes better use of space & looks great, too! I love the Filofax pocket rings, but have been hesitating because for dailies especially you lose real estate as compared to the size of a pocket tn insert. You’ve inspired me with very do-able ideas. Are the affirmations your own or a printable? Thanks so much!
