So great to see these movies. I Was born in 1958. These movies came in to my life just like they have come into your life. 🥰👌as you can imagine many years later I ,we have watched them all. Now I would like to say hello to all my friends that know me and know what I am talking about. ❤❤they were born when I was born. grew up in 1958
Well...we know what "came into Randolph Scott's Life!...lol
I was born in 1953 so i grew up watching westetns
Every Budd Boetticher western with Randolph Scott (I think there are seven) is a winner. This one is no exception. Boetticher was a terrific western director.
willieluncheonette5843, good evening, will you please give us those title's for those movies ( Randolph Scott in Budd Boetticher movies SEVEN. Many Thanks
@@MultiDarlings I think these are the ones Seven Men from Now (1956)
The Tall T (1957)
Decision at Sundown (1957)
Buchanan Rides Alone (1958)
Ride Lonesome (1959)
Westbound (1959)
Comanche Station (1960)
@@willieluncheonette5843 I thank you very much Sir for the Great information about those movies with the big Randolph Scott. Best regards
TallT is my favorite.
Well done western movie with good character actors .,.It is a good part for actor John Carroll ...
I've seen this movie a couple times before and it still hasn't lost it's appeal for me. Great acting and a great plot. Love old westerns.
I'm a western fanatic and have seen almost every Randolph Scott movie
at least 5 or more times.
I have almost every John Wayne on DVD
@@tommyjay4723 Same here, or close. A couple newer ones I like are Open Range and Gunfighter's Moon.
I do believe Open Range is in my DVD collection
with Kevin Costner..
Even my 8 yr old Daughter watches these old westerns with me. She is a John Wayne fan,
we have matching pocket watches with John Wayne.
That's so great! Made my day! The best parent award goes to @tommyjay4723 !

I've always loved Randolph Scott westerns. There was just something about them. It was Randolph Scott!
Solid as an Oak Tree. I just watched one tonight with him which was pretty good called Coroner Creek. As long as he's in it...worth seeing.
Agreed, he was a articularly special individual.

Randolph Scott was a homosexual rid’em cowboy style
@@normanklature6014 Back then I never knew about that.
Can't go wrong with R S and a cast like this I've watched this at least 3 times thank you for this great movie ❤❤❤❤❤
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you!
Very under rated film. It never makes a top ten greatest western of all time. Scott's best performance by far. Please dont let this great film die.
Walked through an old cemetery in Charlotte,NC today. Very surprised that Randolph Scott is laid to rest there.
Randolph Scott grew up in North Carolina. He had family members who lived there. Maybe he just wanted to be home for eternity.
Another BEAUTIFUL Movie with Randolph Scott in it. Thank You.
What a lame movie.
That final epilogue by the Doc really cemented the humanity and impact of that one day in that lost town.
As I think you're implying, it was a bit too Coen Bros for me too.
Randolph Scott... always a great movie.
Thank you.
Great old film. Seen it dozens of times. Still worth watching again.
and again, and again........
I love Noah Beery Jr. In everything, even as a bad man, he is still kind and respectful to all in his gang or whatever. And Randy, nothing needs to be said!
Guess you know he was also James Garner's dad in the Rockford Files. I'm like you, I like all of his work.
Rocky
He was more loyal and faithful than Randy's woman that's for sure.
Much as films like Ride Lonesome and Comanche Station are lauded as the best of Randolph Scott’s later films this has to be one of his most compelling characters. A man seeking revenge for a mistake he made and the man he seeks it against not really to blame but is a bad person negatively affecting the town and its people. Also interesting is that at the film’s conclusion the protagonist is left a wreck of a human being. A tragic story given more depth by Scott’s portrayal.
Well said. As for the Scott film suggestions, thanks
It lacks the visual poetry of Boetticher's best films and the plot gets bogged down in the middle. Great cast though and Scott plays a wonderful brooding part. There's a nice suggested tone of post-war bitterness in Scott's character too.
Now that was an old fashioned western!
Randolph Scott was one of the 2 best western stars.
Randolph Scott Westerns are just so bad-ass.
Preacher also played Fred Rutherford (Lumpy's dad) in "Leave It To Beaver" 60's series. Another good one!
Actor Richard Deacon also was Mel Cooley on the Dick Van Dyke Show.
The last picture I saw him in was" Lady In Cement" (Frank Sinatra as detective Tony Rome opposite Raquel Welsh).
You know your millennial grandkids are on the right track when you suggest these movies and they get back at you saying they love them. That they beat the new age trash hands down.
A timeless classic western. Thanks.
You would do it for Randolph Scott! Greatest line ever. Blazing Saddles.
Born in 1953 most of the tv shows were westerns, and im very glad , on tv every day and more then one . Non western i guess combat was one of my favorites.
This is better than the average western from this period.
That's a pretty harsh story right here. In superb theatrical presentation for the era which does have some proper gems. Stars. Directors don't dare stick to the script the way this one did, nowadays. It's good for the spirit to see some Texas tall tale on occasion. Standing tall, I mean!
I always loved that stressed leather jacket Scott wore. It was his signature, the way other western actors wore the same hat in their movies.
One hell of a well directed, written and acted movie!!! Thank you and thanks to UTube!!!!
Excellent movie. Great morals and plot. Thanks for the upload!
Well done on this, great story and good ending, great acting as well.
"You's do it for Randolph Scott"
It's John Carroll from "Flying Tiger!!!!!!!!!!!!!" He was also a hit in real estate.
"Maybe he doesn't understand women like I do" Sheesh.......
Karen Steele was as beautiful as any other blonde bombshell of her era, right up there with Grace Kelly and Marilyn Monroe.
Grace Kelly went to the highest bidder, she paid with her life.
@@normanklature6014 Nah she was just a horny starlet corrupted by star-makers and Hollywood 'high' society.
i love the sunset at the end
Randolph Scott was the Man. I believe his draw he better than John Wayne and Clint Eastwood combined.
Thanks for sharing it! I always enjoy watching Old Western Movies though. 👍👌👏
An of course, I'm a subscriber!
Thanks Again Though.
Thanks for the subscription! Really appreciate it!
Great movie thanks
“You’d do it for Randolph Scott.”
But we don't want the Irish.
Never mind that shit...here comes MONGO !
Thanks for the upload!
Nearing four-score years now, if I've seen this film,I've forgotten it. I consider it an entertaining western. Certainly full of excellent character actors.Scott's character shows a streak of dumbness. John Carroll has been a heavy since the 1940s war movies and has a set repertoire to his personas.Thks for the entertainment.
I love the movie and I thank you for uploading it..With that said, commercials every 7 minutes kind of ruins it,too me
Back when westerns were westerns.
*CLASSIC!!!!!!!*
Nice classic 5 🌟.
✌ ☮ always.
It is just a story. But the bitter end seeing that lonesome man without his friend leaving town is closed to reality of many heroes vanisched already. Life is sometimes realy tuff for the strong. May they rewared in a better world.
An interesting storyline - good film
When movies had morals to teach.
Think about who was teaching the morals! lol.
Many think Clint Eastwood took the mantle from John Wayne, but I think his character is more in line with Randolph Scott in the Botticher films and Ride the High Country.
*Anybody here recognize one of "Mudd's Women"? If not, she's Karen Steele, who guest starred in one of the most famous episodes of original Star Trek - made 9 years after this movie came out. In the episode, she played "Eve McHuron", a not very attractive woman made gorgeous by taking something called the "Venus drug". Anyway, that's her.*
TOP NOTCH all the way. 🤠🖖♨️
The. Perfect. One. 🎉🎉🎉🎉💯💢💥💫💣🗯
Porblem, they didn't have baled hay back in the 1800's ( @ 24:51 in the movie).
Would sure like you to show Seven Men from Now (1956) with Randolph Scott. It’s one I’ve been looking for a long time. Thanks!
Good Movie ❤❤❤
One small part in this was Janet Leighs boss in Hitchcock’s “Psycho”
…the drunk in the bar. 56:38
Good movie.
The horse that NOAH BEERY was riding looked like "MATT DILLON'S " horse.
OG
A Great western actor . Alongside Wayne and Eastwood.
Flawed men, sloppy motives...like life. Sometimes, nobody wins.
Ruby: "Sometimes you just have to shoot the man you love."
Dang , that was another never seen .
( 24.30 ) Square bales of Lucerne : Alfalfa : hay, there were no square bales in those days it was sheath's of hay and there was no Lucerne in America until many years latter.
Great entertainment
Not your typical western.
What happened to the corrupt criminal cop ?
Ernie Kovacs and Bob Steele!
What a sad and depressing movie. I usually love westerns. Wish I hadn’t watched this one.
Great movie and cast !!!!
LOL Yes it was a good one. Then ending wasn't bad either.
Good movie. Not great but good.
❤❤
😂 Randolph and Cary Grant were butt buddies...
Easy, Tiger.
What a disgusting thing to say. Evin if its true what a despicable way to put it .
👍👍

😊
The Jefferson Bible is very interesting and not very well known. This is a bible written by Thomas Jefferson. Copies of it were given to each new incoming member of both houses of congress until the early 1950 's when supplies became exhausted. Please research this for a very interesting and informative experience.
Will look it up
When he slapped her butt it was so Gold 😂😂😂 ..
Gave her a good spank .. hehe and in Tall t when he grabbed that lady to kiss , like john wayne . It was so awesome. Randolph was smooth 👌 😎
In what movie did Randolph Scott kiss a female🥺
I dont remember him kissing a woman in any movie . Wasnt he gay ? Didnt he have a long relationship with Cary Grant
@@geraldinecrosby424 . TALL T, 10 wanted men ..
@@paulajay473 boy haven't you seen any of his movies?? Then why talk as though you have. Silly you, was it the long relationship you lived to witness or the one you saw on the web?
Raidersssssss
The best part was he lost.
That wasn't very nice of Scott here getting his buddy involved in his own fight. He was a good man and got himself killed for nothing...stupid revenge over not much if you unpack it.
But because is in inglis end not ispani 😢😢😢
Sorry I didnt understand what he did good
Not as good as the Budd Boetticher/Randolph Scott movies written by Burt Kennedy.
The Lord Jesus Christ can heal the brokenhearted. He's the only one who can. "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised." Luke 4.18
Wasn't he a Jewish chippie who had a hooked as a wife?
Pro tip trivia: In the true story upon which this film was based, KimBROUGH was a closeted homosexual.
And he left with out nuthen ta eat
Amish horses are even worse they mess up the roads

No I wont
No, you won’t……What ?
Welcome to Joe Bidens world 🌎🌍
Joe Biden s world is trash.
Randolph’s Scott’s worse movie. 😢
Story makes no sense.
১০০% পয়সা উসুল।।
What a pathetic story line and movie. Really sorry acting even for Scott. Cheap western soap opera.
One of the worst free movies on You Tube.
Maybe You Tube will put on some different movies. Same movies for years.
Well ya'll might like it but I think it's one of the worst screen plays ever in that era of westerns....
even though he's supposedly the "hero" , the main character is nothing but a nasty bully to his faithful best friend and has no good reason to drag him into this wreckless flamboyant vendetta and get him killed .
the groom is warning a vvg on his lip
Very nice indeed.
