This video made so much sense to me. I feel like my hips are out of alignment, and i stand with a tilt. You can actually see the difference in the shape of my legs and the cellulite in each leg because of this. I will definitely try this and am going to watch more of your videos, thanks so much!
Absolutely, Jane! You can work all around the thigh area as well as on the upper and back. The more you work around those areas, the more shift you'll feel and changes you will begin to see!
Hi there! It is important to go through the Starter Program first. Day 8 will be the class to focus on. If you are on facebook join our Block Therapy Community group. You can ask many questions there. You will get lots of sound advise there.
My knees pull to the outside of my legs. The doctors told me the cause was due to my q angle being really wide. I was told I needed a knee replacement in my early 30s and I have yet to do it because I feel I can heal myself. The rooting method requires knees over big toes point straight forward. Every practitioner I have worked with has told me to point my toes out externally to adjust for the strain on my kneecaps. Given your knowledge and experience, have worked with people like me? Should I point my toes straight or out? do you think the fascia work can help? I know when I foam roll my exterior thigh, it helps with the kneecaps. It just doesn't last and is incredibly painful.
Hi there! Thank you for reaching out, this is a great question. I encourage you to ask this in our private community group. We have had many community members experience similar things and I know they would love to share their experience to help you heal. I will link our group here for you incase you are interested: facebook.com/groups/1888044614779525/

Just before I found your videos, I ordered 2 yoga blocks, called "Clever Yoga Blocks." The description says, "high density EVA foam, have a closed cell structure." Do you think these will do for awhile?
You can definitely give them a go and see how they feel with your body! However, only go as far as your body allows. If anything feels uncomfortable refrain from using it. Our blocks are made to fit the curvature of your body and share a similar density to bone. Just a little info on our tool incase you're ever considering investing in the Starter Package :) I hope this helps!
We want to practice proper rooting and posture daily. For the Block Therapy position, you can do this multiple times per day. You are in control of how frequently you will do this position - if it's too much to do it daily, respect your limits and you can perform when feels necessary. For quicker results, you can perform this daily.
Hi there. This would be ok temporarily. There are some reasons why getting the block is more idea. First, the edges and corners on a yoga block are not as rounded and therefore could hurt in some positions. The other reason is that the yoga block is not the same density. We use wood as it is the same density as bone and is a natural product that our body accepts.
I'm not very good with understanding TH-cam. I just watched this segment and would love to know where I can find your systematic program for block therapy please as I have major fascia problems all over my body. I appreciate your time

Yes it does. The time it takes is different for everyone since we all start at a different place. It's not a sprint, rather it is a marathon. We can't rush things as we didn't get to where we are today in our fascia over night. For some people it takes weeks, and others it takes months.
Hi Assala, yes this is possible. I will link the Starter Program for you so you can see total shipping costs. blocktherapy.com/product/block-therapy-starter-package/
Another 2 reasons (among many) for "lack" of cellulite in man. 1st Scientifically proven (laugh or not, as you will) man has thicker skin. I know, women always kind of knew that but it it true. 2nd Female skin cells arrange themselves as the bricks in a brick wall. Male skin cells have the pattern of the roof tiles; overlapping each other. So when the muscle contracts and the skin fallows, the cell slide over one another and do not wrinkle like in the female body. It is not that man don't have cellulite. It is just that it takes more of it to become visible
Because women have more estrogen... The more testosterone- the firmer the muscles etc. Women get many more problems because of estrogen than men do, Sex hormones are powerful things- you realize that when you lose them in menopause.
Hi there! Yes, it is normal to experience bruising. It is your bodies way of beginning to melt through the adhesions. Just make sure to listen to your body, and to not overdo it!
Hi Caleb! You can work with the Block or a rolled up towel in these areas. You can lay on the ground and place whichever tool you are using beneath and apply pressure.

Glad you liked it. Thanks for listening.
Does dry brushing or cupping help?
Yes they do. Both are complementary to Block Therapy, and vice versa!
After this position should we move this to other spots on the thighs where cellulite is, like on the upper thighs and back of thighs?
Absolutely, Jane! You can work all around the thigh area as well as on the upper and back. The more you work around those areas, the more shift you'll feel and changes you will begin to see!
Is it normal to feel nauseous when doing these positions, perhaps because it promotes sufficient detox?
I just purchased starter kit. What program doI follow for cellulite?

This will get rid of cellulite on front of thighs?? How long before noticing a difference ?
Yes it does. The time it takes is different for everyone since we all start at a different place. It's not a sprint, rather it is a marathon. We can't rush things as we didn't get to where we are today in our fascia over night. For some people it takes weeks, and others it takes months.

wouldnt sleeping on the floor daily help in this sense.
Some people have switched to a more solid surface for sleeping.
This position laying flat is to high for the rest of my body!
Up on the elbow feels more balanced to me?!
Definitely start up on the elbows if laying flat is too intense at first! Do what works for your body and slowly ease into it!
If poor posture is what causes cellulute then why don't men have it?
Deanna explains this in the video here 1:24. Men tend to have cellulite in other areas of the body such as the belly and low back.

How do you target cellulite on the back of thighs and buttocks?
Hi Caleb! You can work with the Block or a rolled up towel in these areas. You can lay on the ground and place whichever tool you are using beneath and apply pressure.
