I just did a half dozen of your 5-7 minute videos, belly, several lower body and one shoulder video. My nagging reinjured (several times) tennis elbow has relief. I'm so excited! Not sure which or if all helped. I'm constantly learning how connected everything is. And a standing video has me breathing even deeper feeling! Thank you!🎉 🤍
I had looked at the-knees-over-toes-guy and along with BT I found a way to do ham strings and more. Farmer's carry; and toe dorsiflexion with resistance; also pushing and pulling my Toyota Corolla in neutral (it's a little car) otherwise my Imbalances were screaming at me; I had to take action.
Quinn was moving into a posture to lengthen his hamstrings. Ultimately you want a body that can move freely in all ranges of motion and this captured him with this alignment. Yes, ultimately you want the thoracic spine moving into instead of away from the body.

This is amazing to hear! Keep up the great work, and keep us in the loop with your progress!
I see that Dr. Perry Nicholson endorses BT. I do his big six lymphatics; all of this was exceptionally helpful.
Glad to hear it helped!

Thanks for sharing!
Cool! But my concern is pulling forward on the back severely while doing that. Men generally cant keep a straight spine in forward bends.
Only go as far as your body allows. Listen to your body and stop when you feel a slight stretch.
I missed the reason why Quinn folded the left knee? Excellent 🙏🏻🇦🇺
This was just to isolate the right leg to focus on the tightness in one leg at a time :)
Hi, can people with varicose do this too with towel/block?
Yes they can. Many have seen their varicose veins reduce in size, or go away.
Awsome
Maybe I should not say what I notice, yet Mr. Quinn appears too hunched over?
Looking at Quinn, I see a curved back. Is that the correct posture
