I dig all of the Tone It Up workouts! I've been conditioning my body for my summer travels: study abroad in Spain, Italy, France, Switzerland and Greece then travel around solo to Bulgaria, Hungary, Austria, Germany, and Ireland! Any suggestions eating as healthy as possible on a budget in these places? Love you ladies! Thanks for constantly giving us new workouts to keep our bodies and minds in it!
Just combined three of the Bikini Series workouts and burned 325 calories in 45 minutes. I am sweating so much and can definitely feel my heart rate racing! Such a great workout. My legs are already sore. THANK YOU.
WHoa. That workout was amazingly easy and was a good amount of cardio. I did this yesterday and replayed the video to get in almost half an hour and I am SO SORE TODAY!! (This is coming from a girl who regularly does TIU workouts at least 3x/week, an hour each workout.) I love when workouts are easy but still give a good burn. Great video!!!!!

That's completely up to you! You can do multiple rounds, or can mix&match vids. They do have weekly schedules they post on Toneitup.com that you can follow -- has different combinations for each day :)
I always wonder if you've got someone off-camera counting your reps for you and cueing you when you only have a couple left haha. I would lose count!!!
How do you girls exercise so much without getting big, bulky muscles and instead getting toned, long lean muscles? I want to be fit and exercise but I'm scared of getting big muscular arms, a six pack, broad shoulders and muscular legs. I know girls don't get muscles as fast as guys, but I have seen some female fitness coaches with too muscular bodies for my taste. Your bodies however, are perfect. You look like you're fit and healthy but not like you've done a lot of weight-lifting and stuff. I want my body to be like Katrina's because I'm guessing I'm closest to her height? I'm around 5'7.
Those fitness coaches you see will have trained to that extent to look that muscular and maybe have taken aids to do so (hormone tablets and the like). You should be fine getting toned and maintaining a feminine body :)
you won't get big from lifting...lifting heavy doesn't make you big, and it takes immense amount of exercise + strict nutrition to actually get bulky. building muscle is hard, you won't get muscular.
I agree with the other replies. Don't worry just do these type of workouts and eat a well balanced and healthy diet and you should look fine not like a man haha. I worried about this too when I first started working out.

Surely they do! They talk throughout so they'd lose count! Or at least I would!

most of their workouts are very easy. I think they try to gear it toward beginners .. either try more rounds or up the weights .
if you want something more intense do this video twice and add some jumping jacks and some squats :)

Its mostly genetics. Just don't overwork yourself. Do a little cardio everyday and full on workouts every other day
