what can i do to have your bodies ? are you running or only doing hiit... because I'm scared of getting huge mudcular legs by doing this... I want them thinner... any advices ? Anyways, I love your vids 😊
Cookiesmoonlight Lover You won't get bulky unless you lift really heavy and follow a certain diet, so you don't need to worry! Like Kate said, hiit is a great way to get lean and you can try incorporating a bit of strength training too😊
Can you show easier modifications in a bubble on the edge or something, there is no way I could do a push up, let alone that leg cross version! 🏕⛺️❤️❤️

A bit of everything keeps your legs lean, but especially hiit I find works the best! Lots of plyometric jumping etc.
