    You have to cook the food you eat atleast 90% in my opinion, to really know what you’re eating, I’ve lost weight eating out and I was bloated but that scale went down due to my resistance training and heavy amount of walking! But when I cooked 90% I saw the Sleeker look I wanted , that stomach was on flat ,

    Hey Kesha just found your channel as I am working on a cut. Since the chia concoction was your first drink- do you go to the gym in a fasted state? I have found that I get better physical results fasted, but I’ve seen fit women say to “never” do that or you lose muscle mass. Your take?

      Hi! This video is a bit older so my style of training and eating is much different now. I focus more on my hormones and trying to keep them balanced. When it comes to results, training fasted isn’t better than training fed. Your results will be the same regardless as long as your calories/protein intake is the same at the end of the day. I prefer to eat to one help regulate my hormones, and two, to give my body proper fuel for my workout.

    I thought bread & pasta caused weight gain. Omg nutrition is so confusing *cries*

    • @KeshaCollins
      @KeshaCollins  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      An excess of calories cause weight gain, not specific foods. You can eat all the foods you enjoy but in moderation. Portion control is very important.

      @@KeshaCollins ok that definitely makes sense. Is there a way to find out why literally everything besides water makes me bloat like I'm 6 months pregnant? lol & thanks for the insight!!!

    • @samira1517
      @samira1517 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@cheyanneadams5197 fyi- def make sure you don’t have any fibroids- two friends had similar and turned out it was not the food but the huge fibroids that need to be surgically removed.. If you believe food to be the culprit, do an elimination diet to see what may be affecting your system to bloat- you can find videos on that but basically- you eat very bland then methodically reintroduce food to see how it makes you feel..

      @@cheyanneadams5197 I hope it’s just the food , but yes girl, go and make your appointment with gyno while you sort out food so if anything you can cross that off your list. Knowledge is power and so many women (especially women of color) suffer from gynecological issues and don’t even know it.. I was one of them where endometriosis almost stole my fertility.. Good luck to you!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
