Mr. Duane Eddy you are for sure one of a kind in the best way, I grew up in the “50” listening to you playing Rebel Rouser. THANKS, Love to hear it again if you could. God Bless . 👍
@@pb12661 Very sad, Duane Eddy, like many, speaks of his guitars with a lot of love and affection. This was one of the first Gretsch signature models, I believe.
@@rallful I saw the same tour at Manchester Odeon about Nov.1959. I was 16. My first live rock'n'roll show. Top of the bill was Bobby Darin but for me the star of the show was Duane Eddy and Three 30 blues blew me away. Now I can stumble through Rebel Rouser but I need help with the sax parts and the rebel yells. And they said it wouldn't last. I think somewhere I might have the ticket stub.
Duane has really got the twang even though he seldom sang he could pick the blues and bring upbeat music with great news! He a style all his own and portrayed an image as bad to the bone! Yes he was a special musical zone all of his own!!!!!!!

INCREDIBLE ,THE LEGENDARY ROCKIN FUITAR MAN DUANE EDDIE .LONG LIVE BLUES AND ITS BABY ROCK N ROLL .
That music, really great.
A side of John Fogerty I haven't heard before and it sounded good. Duane was right on the money. Very kool.
Haven't you heard "Crazy Otto" by Creedence?
Incomparable Eddy. Fogerty so under-rated as a guitar player.
And that's how you play a Gretsch! RIP Mr Duane Eddy.
Kids this is how its done period . If you dont feel the blues you have no soul. !! God bless you Duane 😊
Duane Eddy is playing the signature 6120 1997 model, fantastic guitar, one of the greatest rockabilly guitars.
unfortunately, I think that particular guitar was destroyed by the flood.
