    Hi.
Firstly, let me express my gratitude to the great folks at ACX for putting together such a useful and comprehensive set of resources for people who is interested in this business. I can't think of anything more inclusive than making these videos freely available to everyone. I have been binging for the past few days and I have learned a metric ton of actionable information, delivered by some of the most knowledgeable and nicest people I have seen on TH-cam.
Secondly, I want to commensurate with individuals from all over the world who have found an avenue for success in this field despite whatever difficult circumstances you started out from. Your dedication meant success for you but it means inspiration to others like me. Thank you.
Finally, and most importantly, I want to humbly request that we maintain these spaces depoliticized and free of ideological commitments that seem well-intentioned at the moment, but which hide a darker side that may bring dire consequences later on.
It is very unnerving to encouter the echoes here of the very same ideological framework that took over and then destroyed my home nation of Venezuela. Those echoes are noise. Your real voices are the signal.
We must strive to treat each other as we would want to be treated, with decency and compassion, without prejudices or disdain. That is plenty hard enough without also involving the conceit that each one of our personal interactions should be the control locus of all social disparities.
Being a good colleague simply requires that we dominate our own passions and impatience so we can take a moment to consider the perspective of those we interact with. Approaching our personal, professional, and ethical worlds through the vector of a modish sociopolitical theory will create unnecessary conflict and deepens the problems that we purportedly set out to ameliorate.
Morality should not be political. Politics should be moral.
If history is any indicator, those two conceptions of the world undermine each other and we must always choose between them.
Lots of love to everyone and all my best wishes.

I believe everyone has a duty to be diverse in buying, selling, and working. Race should not be factored in when it comes to great work that is noteworthy!
