    Replaced belt, entire upper shroud with plates, rear drum bearing and support, lower felt, and entire motor assembly. It’s humming extremely loud and still making thumping noises. The only thing I didn’t change was the tensioner arm and pulley which shows no signs of issue. I’m completely lost at this point 🤷🏼‍♂️

      @@Frosty-Deadshot Not really. I even replaced that tensioner arm and pulley out of desperation. I noticed that this did put a bit more tension on the belt but no difference in noise. Every single moving part to my knowledge was replaced, except for the exhaust fan and drum itself which both showed no issue. The dryer was overloaded many times (not by me) but I still feel like it should run fairly quiet at this point.
