This is would really cool I think. Maybe I can get the b8.5 q5/sq5 into the 9’s one day as well. That would be insane! Plus my wife can also daily drive it. Easily justified purchase 😆

@@Need4Built I'm just shocked nobody has released a mainstream turbo conversion. The 4.2 has several kits and shops that do it. I know of only one shop doing two kits for the EA837. One for stock internals and one with rods, studs, and gaskets. But I can see the appeal for ease of install and reliability of a larger displacement blower. But 8k for just the blower and another 2-3 for tunes and supplemental fueling... A lot of dough for a 10 year old platform.
The thing about all of that is, the mods along will run you more than the car costs. You can buy another b8 for that kind of money which is great and all but unfortunate. I think a centrifugal supercharger would be a really good option for the b8 unfortunately no one wants to touch it.

definitely is timeless i just picked up a b8 s4 and it still looks just as great as my old f30 340xi

I have a B8 S4 and I can attest to the intoxicating sound of the supercharger whine. Integrated Engineering intake and AWE Touring exhaust.
nothing sounds as good as a supercharger at full roar
Same with my Q7, put the small SC pulley on and APR Tune... Sounds amazing and goes like stink!
