Canberra is fondly referred to as the Bush Capital. I recall my visit to the National Museum of Australia 🇦🇺 many years ago, which I great enjoyed. It evoked memories.
Lived in Canberra for nearly 14 years before moving back to my home city Sydney in November 2021. It's generally more peaceful in Canberra but feels too isolated.
Light rail up the middle encourages replacement of the old original government flats with new developments too I suppose, just like Sydney development along the route of the new metro
It's been nearly 30 years since I was last in Canberra. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. Peace.
Cheers

Best to do this during there flower show with tulips and everything in bloom.
Nice scenery. Public service capital with Federal Parliament based there. Only 3 hour drive from Sydney so not a bad weekend trip. Thanks BJD.
Cheers
