  • So today I'm going to show you just how easy it is to Tax a VEHICLE here in Thailand.
Do you own a Scooter, Car, Motorbike?
    Is your Road Tax Due?
If your answer is yes then this video will show you how to do it even if your vehicle is older than 5 years.
Vehicles that are 5 years or older will need a safety test / Vehicle Inspection a little like the British M.O.T, I will show you where to take them and what to expect, Paperwork and of course, all the costs involved.
I shall also cover The Land Transport Office, This is where you apply for the road TAX.

    Vehicle Inspection Station: goo.gl/maps/ZZbATAc7U7SRKrabA
If you are an Ex-pat or considering living in Thailand then at some point you will need to renew your vehicle Road Tax.
    This video will help you.

Good stuff Tony. What about a vlog on buying a bike/scooter, esp if your only a regular traveller to Phuket, not living there that is?

Hi Tony. I am planning to get an insurance and sticker tomorrow because it's already due.

Hi Tony useful info I finally got to go to phuket for a month in Jan, does the insurance cover the person or the bike? My thai girlfriend did all the riding on her bike because I was concerned I was not covered to ride it!

so when buying a second hand bike, is it the green book one has to check to see whether the yearly tax has been paid ad up to date?

Tried the DLT road tax website, it won't accept the ID Number from my Thai drivers license. Also tried to download the app, error message says, "unavailable in your Country", Thai phone Thai server....Why am I NOT surprised 🤣
