My idea -Replace the Phoenix you get from the care package with this -Minus 10 seconds, so it takes 30 seconds instead of 40. -Put this in Lifelines care package as well, to make her more viable. -however instead of evolving it to a red evo shield, if you have a purple one, evolve it into gold shield, so that people still have to work to get a red evo.
I've thought of something similar before, I named it amped batteries (after the ones from titanfall) where it would be a purple rarity battery you can carry 2 per slot and it would give fill your shield bar and give you an extra 20 temporary shield on top of it that you can't regain using normal batteries (they also wouldn't stack for obvious reasons) and would take the same amount of time to use as a medkit
i feel like a way to balance this would be to have it be the length of a pheonix kit when upgrading from grey to blue evo, and every upgrade after would add five seconds: ie blue to purple would be 15, purple to red would be 20.

It takes 750 for a purple to upgrade to a red, doing the equivalent of 750 damage in 45 seconds is hard even when you're in a fight actively sooooo kinda still more overpowered than you'd think.

You hit the bat and at 20 sec you get grey, 30 you get blue, 40 you get purple and so on. maybe the timing needs to be longer but idk, could be an interesting LTM
Put it in the game, make it super rare. Literally Only one spawns per match. And make it to where as soon as they apply it it takes their shield to red or purple.. 20s for purple 30s for red
