I'm a handy player around the 6 handicap and I've struggled for 12 months as I was accelerating through the impact zone thus having inconsistent strikes. this is a great video. prob not for a beginner but that's fine as it's great to have content aimed at different players. well put together u have a new sub in me.

Good video. But confusion for me on cause and effect. Sounds like you are saying it is the acceleration of distal segment that causes the deceleration of the proximal segment? What causes the acceleration of the distal segment? Should it not be reversed? Deceleration of proximal causing the acceleration of the distal?
