Yes very hard working men in Japan, and China. They demolish, build, cement, brick lay & paint with their own hands. They even create gardens and walk ways so they don't step thru muddy areas. Here in America you see home builders, construction, plumbers & electricians do the hard work. everybody else pays someone to do it. I admire these hard working guys.
