Mountain, rural living really adds 30 more yrs to one’s life. The pure ess of air, water, food & the serenity of communion with mother nature, and absence of stressful demands of urban life are the true ingredients to long life that God intended for Man. I feel envious to these folks and plan to relocate to the farms even if I am now in my 70’s.

Her 98 yr. Old grandmother is amazing. Can you imagine spending the days walking up and down those hills. No wonder she is in such good condition. They are such lovely women. They live in such a gorgeous area of the Ukraine.

I can not blame Maria's precious grandmother from not wanting to come down from her mountain. As you get older, you want to protect your peace. You prefer quality over quantity in life, including friends. I learned that with age, I wanted to be liked and a people pleaser at a young age. Now, at 53, I know who and what I need in my life.
