Please everyone notice how she interviewed and how 60 minutes created the interview section for the border patrol chief. She excluded the chief's comments on the Texas Gov and summarized it in a different way so as to play better into their narrative. Clearly a slant

As a legal immigrant and naturalized US citizen- I stand with Texas. I had to wait almost 10 years to reunite with my family, it costed thousands of dollars, us immigration dug through my whole life and I had to have a spotless criminal history from my home country. This free for all is insane.

The interviewer seems to be upset when asking questions, they should be unbiased for a smooth and well conducted interview. Perhaps if they have reasons to be biased they shouldn’t be doing this kind of work.

Even the 5000 limit is pure deception. The bill includes numerous loopholes and exceptions so that practically no immigrant would be counted in the 5000 number.
that's a lot less than have been crossing for years and years except during COVID... and the funding was talked about very publicly...
The main point to take away from the Bill is that its unnecessary. The laws are already available to Biden and the admin to help states like Texas fight the problem, not fight them. I remember when professionalism and objectivity were absolute requirements to be a part of any news organization.
I feel like I speak for many Americans by saying "We want you to come here, but please do so legally." In what other country do we hear of these literal incursions of hundreds and thousands of people across a border?

It is heart wrenching to see people pushing little kids through rivers and razor wire. Which is exactly why this nonsense has got to be STOPPED and the border rigorously enforced. A firm border policy is a humane border policy.
