- Vegetable Chowmein, Hakka noodles comes together with a range of colourful and crunchy veggies, an assortment of tongue-tickling recipe for my viewers. Veg Chowmein is a very tasty and popular stir-fried vegetable noodle dish from China. It's also one of the most popular street foods in India. Veg Chow Mein is a dish made from stir-fried noodles and mixed vegetables which is then flavoured with Chinese sauces.

Ingredients:
Oil - 2 tbsp
Ginger chopped - 1 tsp
Garlic chopped - 1 tsp
Onion sliced - ½ cup
Cabbage shredded - 1 cup
Carrot julienne - ½ cup
Peppers shredded - 1 cup
Noodles boiled - 2 cups
Light Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Dark soya sauce - 1tbsp
Green Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Spring onions (chopped) - a handful

Because good food is street side or dhabas not five star hotels. You try five star hotel food you will not like to eat there frankly. Stay at five star but eat at the nearest market.
@@bittu58 there is a difference between maggi and other noodles. But if you are talking about maggi then It depends how you like your maggi. If you like slightly kachha then 2-3 minutes if more then 5-6 minutes. Other noodles you have to check by picking up and checking

@@mahek1705 street they use those big tawa so they can spread and cook that is the secret of the streets, but if you use a wok then wok hay can give that flavour. Else season your kadai and cook a little longer till you get the texture you like

To know when the noodles is cooked, take out a strand, break a small part and check in the inside there will be a small dot of a different white colour, when that colour difference vanishes, your noodles is cooked, for both chowmein and noodles, check that out next time to try making noodles. When you learn that later you can just figure it out from the outside
