I bought a home in Snohomish last year, but I still find these videos very informative.
Btw, I've done some analysis on this using Redfin data, but it could be interesting to do an update on home price trends in the Seattle area. What I'm seeing is that home prices actually bottomed in December 2022 and have already started to turn back upward. This is the same for San Jose, Los Angeles, and Sacramento metro areas, as well as less so San Francisco metro area.

    Hi!
How much annual salary package would you say will give a good comfortable lifestyle in Downtown Bellevue ? For a family of 3 including a 4 year old toddler...
Will 180k pre-tax be good enough or a 200k is a must for a good living in Bellevue?
    Would appreciate your opinion.....thanks
