Am I the only one disappointed? The presentation of this calendar is amazing, but for the price and expectation for this calendar, I personally found it disappointing. The esthetic is fantastic but the items feel cheap. Thank you Cherry for opening this one. This series is amazing ❤
I completely agree I am very disappointed for the price.... It could have been better although I did like door number one I think that was my favorite item and then the charm bracelet
I agree. It feels like the jewelry and the other things are leftovers from 2 calendars and they just added all together. Also don't love when a bracelet and charms are separated.
Yes. I've seen this advertised and was so sad about the items. If there were little replica collectable in it instead I would have bought it. But cheap childish jewelry just spoils the fancy box. So sad.
They had SO much potential with this one! I think they really nailed the aesthetic and magic of true Harry Potter fashion on the look of this advent. The potion bottles and drawers were so fun! 🧪 - however after door number one, it’s a bit of dud and cheaply made sadly. Adore your advent calendar series, Cherry! My alarm is set everyday at 1pm my time to watch. 🥳
When you put in perspective the price per item, IMO, the value is there... I think maybe they should have a variety of price points for it (same kind of design for the calendar, but different items), so most can experience the calendar, but the more u spend, the better the items 🤷🏼♀️
It maybe would've been better if they would fill the virals and glasses with something cheap that looks nice (like coloured sand or a liquid) and have them themselves, to make a small potions cabinet in a sense. And then used the spare money for some cooler pens or an actual notebook where the notebook is
When the packaging makes you more excited than the actual products :D My jaw dropped when you said this cost £80. The items look like those you see being discounted for half the price because nobody wants them..
I feel that! The charms and jewelry were some of the nicer ones, whereas the pens, pencils, and buttons look like they're from a corporate freebie site with logos slapped on. And this is coming from someone who likes buttons.
Advent calendars are usually what you just described. Discarded products at the end of the year get repackaged inside it to have a last go at clearing inventory. It's a recurring controversy in the makeup comunity too for example.
Wizarding World and I need to have a chat. They have developed a habit of putting cheaply done merch inside glorious packaging. I’m glad you did this calendar. I almost bought it but I’d rather have a potioneer’s cabinet.
The earrings can be used as little pins...I had snowflake earrings that I could not wear as my ears have not little holes😉. So I stuck them through the the thick cloth...of my coat. They made pretty winter pins. The little hearts would look great on a collar too.
The best item is on the first day because you can lock the cabinet with it)) and open it every day if you are opening one box a day😊 which is cool but after this first day my expectations were so so high that I was mostly disappointed with everything else 😅
I knew that after watching Peter Kenneth open his... but his lock was sadly, broken. I think it’s a bit of a novelty, an advent calendar you can actually lock. Might help you resist the temptation to open all the boxes at once.
The aesthetic of the box itself is truly magical, but MAN these items really do not live up to that price tag!! The flying key and lock were by far and large the best item -- if I had purchased this for myself or my partner, we would've been so sorely disappointed. Most of the items feel like things you trade your tickets in for at the prize counter of an arcade. Nevertheless, thank you for another great and entertaining video in this series, I'm loving it!! Hope you get to feeling better soon Cherry!! 🧡
Shew... I am feeling underwhelmed with the goodies aswell. The Lock and Flying key and the Expecto Patronum Bookmark, ACES!!! The calendar and the bottles and such... BRILLIANT! I am fully agreeing with you Cherry. Thank you ALWAYS for your honest opinions! You are a true GEM!!!
Agreeing with the disappointed comments. With the potions theme they could have easily made a calendar with different products (glitter, coloring, stones, wax, etc) in each case and the final case could have been a glass bottle and at the end the buyer could make their own potion bottle (like Cherry had in the last monthly box). That would have been so cute. The box presentation was definitely misleading on the quality I find
This gave me an idea for a calendar. Day one is a cauldron (about the size of a fist) and the days after are small bath bomb like things. You fill the cauldron with water and dump it in, and it makes the water look like a pretty little potion. Afterwards you fish out a little charm of vials and ingredients ( they could even add some silly ones like Trevor the toad, or maybe "moody"s flask of polyjuice) the last day would have a somewhat larger charm of a vial of liquid luck! I'm thinking the cauldrons handle could be a detachable chain, so you could either have them on display, or use them as a bracelet or necklace! Idk I'm rambling I need to go to bed
Definitely one of the best displays I've ever seen in an advent calender. Very creative. But I don't know if it's worth 80 pounds. I expected a little bit more to be fair. However, the day 1 is definitely a winner...so pretty
I looked at the video for this one. The padlock is the first item because you use it to lock your cabinet in between visits. I'm not an HP fan any more for ... reasons ... but, even when I was obsessive, I would have considered this really bad value. When I looked up the ad, I was hoping it would be more interactive - you know, would build to a proper potions cabinet. Nothing extreme, obviously, but perhaps the glittery stuff that gets stirred into drinks, a wee cauldron, a stirrer, those Japanese confectionery kits where very small quantities of ingredients are mixed together to get lollies. I could go on, but you get where I'm headed.
Yap, saw this calendar being unboxed before and 100% agree! The money is going towards the outstanding packaging and gorgeous key and locket, then they drop the ball (or snitch in this case 😜) for the rest. It could have easily been improved with metallic looking pens instead of plastic (bonus had they also written in gold and silver). A quill or pencil shaped like a broom. And they should have continued with the ornament theme for all the houses (instead of elastic, earrings and hair pins which aren’t unisex really). Filled that bauble with a little packet of Every Flavour Beans or mini chocolate frogs. All in all it’s disappointing because it just could have been so good!!! 😔
I was so excited for this one- I actually thought it was going to be a new potion each day! I'm glad I didn't order if first myself as it was definitely a bit of a let down. It felt like it was made more for kids maybe... Just kind of boring/ cheap items for the cost.
Some of the jewelry pieces are cute, but other things seem like an after thought to just fill the box. The pin, pencils, pens, etc are just cheap overstock in my opinion. The first necklace, charm bracelet and charms, hair pin, etc seem to have more thought put in it and are more worth the price. It definitely caters to someone with a very specific aesthetic.
I think the style of the pin backs feel appropriate for the era Harry Potter takes place (early to mid 90s) but I do wish they made the lock and key the last day instead.
The aesthetics is amazing… but honestly the only thing that I truly liked was the very first necklace. But damn they set such high hopes and absolutely crushed them
I think this one was fantastic! There's always filler days, no calendar has 24 awesome items. I'd rather have these things in the superb packaging for £80, than just stickers and cardboard items in a standard design box you just throw away, for like £30.
I can’t believe how gorgeous the design of the box is but then the items are so blah! I have yet to see an HP advent calendar I want yet. Maybe I’ll just buy myself HP stuff and put it under the tree for myself 😂
Honestly I think the badges designs reminded me of vintage election pins, almost like the ones in the Goblet of Fire. I thought the Lumos one was super cute!
I bought this calendar this week, January 20th. Purely for the perfection of its build. I’m no Potter fan. I’m going to put jewellery and my specia knickknacks. It’s gorgeous.
This would make such a cute keepsake! I can just picture it on Cherry’s potion shelf. And having potions in the boxes if they fit or just making another shelf lol.
You can put clear nail polish on the posts of the earrings. Let dry and then put in your ear. I have trouble wearing anything but gold. This helps a lot!
i actaully liked the pins but i do feel like they couldve added more to them. like with the lumos one i feel like they couldve made it glow in the dark or the lumos more shiny and the same with the wingardium pin they couldve made the stars more glittery so when you'd move it in the light it reflects and shines.
I was thinking this would be literal tiny potions bottles and/or items like the last one, potion-like accessories hahah Was not expecting spell related items
Luv or videos. my cousin is aspiring to become a youtuber but she does not think British girls can be youtuber then I showed her your videos and she completely changed her mind. Thanks so much for the support you give us with your videos you are the best!
I would just put some silver watercolour or glitter inside the bottles and stick on the paper it came with. Even the pencil packaging is better than the actual pencil.
The only good thing about this calendar is that it might be reused and it's beautifully designed. They practically set us up for disappointment by giving what they did on the first day. 😕 After seeing this calendar, my favourite this year is the Lush one.
With the average price for each day being just over $4 USD, I can see the cost being on the cheaper side of things. I would agree that the lock and key should have been last, and the key ring first. The thin bracelets were definitely cheap looking. I would have just preferred the charms on them to go on the larger charm bracelet.
This advent calendar had so much potential. Door 1 was really strong but all the other items after that were pretty lack luster. I also felt like there wasn’t a lot of variety on the houses and it felt very Ravenclaw heavy. And there were only two Raven claw items. The items were pretty generic and just settle nods to Harry Potter, like the spells, winged key, and deathly hallows. But, didn’t pertain to the houses much aside from the two Raven claw items. Which isn’t a bad thing but, when you only include one house it feels pretty unfair not to have any of the others.
I am so excited to see all the days to come. I think it's so generous that you bought all these, Cherry! It helps anyone who wants to get advent calendars this year or next, to see which ones are the best value for money. Not to mention it's also just so fun to watch you open them. ^^
I agree with you, the advent calendar its self is so magical but the items inside of it , except the first one , doesn't worth the money its disappointing for such a beautiful calendar
The Flying key and lock you should give the lock to your boyfrined :) that way he can put it on his Keys. And it can remind him of you While he is out and about When not at home :) pretty cute set.
They cheaped out on the pens, pencil, and badges. Those items probably cost 25p each if not cheaper as they would have been buying in bulk. Some of the items were beautiful and very good. But i think the overall experience was wonderful. They would have totally nailed it if they had put better items in those 5 doors. I think the price was high in part because of the potion cabinet design. That would have had to made completely manually. It was fun to watch. :)
I think a lot of thought and effort went into the calendar design itself, but then not the items inside. The packaging and everything about the calendar is really pretty and nice, there is so much detail and it was so creative! But then so much of the gifts just seemed like cheap second thoughts! It also just is very niche and I can't imagine the type of person who'd get something out of every item. Some bits were nice, but it all just mostly either felt cheap or just bad, I would expect more for the price and from the design of the calendar
First, thank you for doing this series. SO much fun! I love it. Second, I believe they showed that you can put the lock on the front of that calendar. That's probably why it was first. (I wouldn't use it there) Third, I am quite disappointed in this calendar. The case itself is absolutely amazing. The stuff inside, meh. It's not worth the price in my opinion. Also, besides the design of the box, potion bottles etc, it wasn't very potion themed. I wish you could just get the case. 😂
For the Ravenclaw Diadem ornament, it wouldn't make sense if the ribbon was red or gold as those aren't Ravenclaw colors. That's why the ribbon is blue.
These are what I think each thing would be valued in a store Lock necklace: 15-20 dollars Potion keychain: 12 dollars Bookmarks: 7-10 bucks each The tightenable bracelets: 5 dollars each Buttons: 1 dollar each Pens: 2 dollars each The raven claw ornament: 10 dollars Luna lanyard: 10 dollars Pencil: 50 cents to a dollar Scrunchie: 5-7 dollars Hair tie: 1-2 dollars Cauldron necklace: 12-13 dollars Charm braclet plus charms: 13 dollars Cauldron ornament: 1-2 dollars Bobby pins: 1 dollar each
You could wear the Love Potion earrings on a purse strap or collar or somewhere else. I have the same problem but the cheap jewelry I can wear for an hour or so but not all day or every day. Just an idea.
I think that with an Advent Calendar that will be sold once a year, there have to be financial constraints the company is working within. It seems with most of these "gift" advent calendars, that the packaging is a big part of what you're paying for. It helps the item sell, yes, but it also adds to the experience. The gifts are also going to be hit or miss, just as all gifts are. As for specific gifts inside this box: it's obviously aimed at girls. Girls who are 8/10 -twenty somethings. The earrings are hit or miss, but can be used as small pins on a lapel or collar. I agree with Cherry that no one needs two book marks so similar, and that very few people would be excited about a pencil. I did love the packaging, and imagining my ten year old granddaughter opening this, I think she would truly enjoy the experience, but I'm not sure she would continue enjoying it, if she gets things of little interest to her. (Her mom would need to be excitedly giving her ideas on how to use them: the badges could go on her backpack, the earrings on her collar, etc. I don't even know how a family of more than one child would use this calendar. Perhaps that narrows the buying audience further, which could affect the cost of the items inside. All in all, I do think my granddaughter would find the gifts, the anticipation of opening a gift each day, and the packaging that she could keep as one of her gifts, to be enough for me to buy it for her! We are three generations of Potter lovers, so this calendar, even with a few disappointing gifts, would be a lot of fun.
I agree with the comments below. I know it was expensive however I think that a pre-teen witch would love it. The look and feel is amazing but the items are definitely for a younger person.
i'd definitely put the necklace charm on the bracelet to make it fuller, that'd look very cute i think :) to follow you thought on the hairslides/bobbypins, it is a shame they didnt think about the fact you might wanna put them on either sides, but it's also a shame they didn't think about the fact that the wavy side of the pin goes towards your head and they put the spell on that side..... xD anyhow, i love how you pay attention to every little detail you can see on the items as well as the box, i'm sure lots of people worked very hard to think about all those graphic details on the potions and stuff to please potter fans, i think you do those designers justice :) thanks for your videos, i enjoy them very much
Use clear polish on the posts & backings of the earrings….You can also use it on the back of the earring….I have very sensitive earrings and it’s been a lifesaver 🪄🪄🪄
Honestly considering the lore and variety in the books, I'm surprised how basic and limited the stuff in this is. Like you could easily have a dragon tooth pendant or hippogriff quill pen, not some overstock chibi pencil.
Cherry if you don't like the ribbon on the diadem you could always switch that out with a different color. You don't have to keep the actual ribbon on there. But I think they were trying to color coordinate it with the stones in the diadem
Yay! I am loving your advent calendar event so far. I love the look and the experience of this advent calendar. And that might be worth the price. I agree the items were cheap feeling and a bit of a disappointment. One thing to consider is the reusability of this cabinet. You could definitely use it another year or two and fill it with items of your own choosing. I thought each little box, drawer, vital and potion bottle were very magical looking and fit quite well in the HP universe. It's too bad the little gifts were not as well thought out.
Some of the stuff was fun, but definitely not worth the price. That said, the advent calendar box is incredible and would make for a gorgeous display! 😍 Thank you for sharing this!
I wonder if the sorting hat from the hair tie can also be put on the bracelet. As in, once it breaks or (if you don't use/need hair ties) you could theoretically cut it off and pop it on the bracelet.
I definitely agree with the review. I knew about this calendar for some time now and I am a HUGE sucker for lock and keys but I had a feeling that would be the only really incredible part of the calendar. I actually had no idea the experience would be as magical as it was but the items definitely don’t feel like it’s worth it as a whole especially since the items are the main things you tend to keep and the box just gets thrown away. I really do want the lock and key and I believe it is exclusive to the calendar but I wouldn’t get the calendar just to get it. Cherry thank you for being so honest whenever you review something. I love it that you’re so transparent :) And you truly want to know what we think too!
I think having those badges replaced by the really popular pin badge style would have been much better and they could have done 3, one of each of the main characters faces and then got rid of one of the pens or bookmarks. Some nice items but a couple could have been honed a bit more. I agree that box one was the best and should have been box 24
Some hair slides go together at one side so thats maybe how these should be worn. I thought it was a cool concept for a calendar but not worth the money for what you actually get xx
8:16 my ears are the same and for the longest of times I couldn't wear anything but gold/silver however it feels like the metal used for making earrings today is not that bad, my ears don't go all itchy and red no more so maybe give it a try?
I really appreciate these unboxings… saving me a ton of money lol. The packaging is adorable but the items inside a flop. My son picks a Lego advent calendar every year and most of the time it’s the Harry Potter themed one. I feel those are a good value for the price. I’d love to get a second one for something different but none have excited me. Too many cheap items 😢
I think people never take into consideration presentation is going to affect the items inside, cause the more amazing it is, the more it costs, meaning design and packaging, so therefore some items have to be cheaper to balance things out and still have some better ones + earnings from it, so it is expensive but packaging is factor here adding to the cost. I do thing it was stupid to place the first item first cause for sure that should have been door 24.
okay, maybe I am just doing a dsplay like that myself - apart from part 1 so far I do not really need those. I am just in Love with the design - but I guess after doing a lifesized nearly headless Nick for Halloween - this is gonna be a piece of potion... Day 17... yeah I will pass - not worth the money, just the layout that I really love. Lucky there are pictures online I can use to do the layout myself... Thank you for helping me make a decision on this one, Cherry
This advent calendar is beautiful! Some of the items really worth to collect but some of them not really screaming harry potter. I love lanyard and collect them too even i have no use of it. 😅
I totally expected this to contain like shower gel and bubble bath. Maybe they need to rethink it as a bath set. Hand soap, lotion, chapstick, perfume, room spray, and so on.
So glad you did this calendar I've been debating it as its so cool but its definitely not worth the price which here in NZ is $200, thanks for another great video!!
The sorting hat hair bobble: I have it and it came in a set with the sorting hat, time turner, hogwarts, snitch and normal bobbles that say harry potter and stuff like that
Lumos is the charm to light the end of the wand. Over all, I like the estetic look of the calendar. Don't remember how much it cost but not bad if reasonable. TFS 😊
I love the Calender just the way it looks! Potions is my favorite class and this hits that weak point in me tenfold. 😂😊 Even after using it I would keep it the way it is. 😊
It wouldve been a better calendar if they wouldve used this type of set up and design for like body and skin products because those would be things they couldve put in little potion bottles and using like a play on that people mix skin care items together to make things that work best for them as making potions and ideas like that i think wouldve fit the potions cabinet alot better
The hairband doubles up as a braclet i have some of these love em cos I can wear them to school and they can't tell me off for having jewellery when its a hairband 😂
Even past the cheap contents, almost nothing was potion-themed past the packaging... it was a "spell" calendar more than anything, plus the diadem for some reason.
It's the money Totally not worth!😵💫 With all Advent calendars there is a sensation, but after a few disappointments it really doesn't get any better and that was with this one.... the flying key and the always bracelt are the best!😍✨️ I have a flying key tattoo two!
I absolutely love the aesthetic of this calendar. It's beautiful and I would probably even keep it on display. The items not so much 😬 I would probably switch out the pens, pencils, badges and bookmarks for something else, or at least not repeat the same things more than once. I love the scrunchie though 😅
I agree that the first item was the best and the packaging was so well done. I also liked the cauldron necklace. The other items seemed childish, for a preteen or teen. I would use the scrunchy and hair tie myself.
This is so cool, with the diadem you could always cut the ribbon to put your own on there. I kinda wished the bottle and vials weren't clear because you can see the items from the bottom.
So glad I found your channel - I love advent unboxings and yours are really great! This calendar gets an A++ for presentation, but the contents are pretty disappointing for the price. Love your flying key tattoo by the way.
Am I the only one disappointed? The presentation of this calendar is amazing, but for the price and expectation for this calendar, I personally found it disappointing. The esthetic is fantastic but the items feel cheap. Thank you Cherry for opening this one. This series is amazing ❤
I agree with you!

Yes. I've seen this advertised and was so sad about the items. If there were little replica collectable in it instead I would have bought it. But cheap childish jewelry just spoils the fancy box. So sad.
Yeah, this wasn't good, especially for the price.
They had SO much potential with this one!
I think they really nailed the aesthetic and magic of true Harry Potter fashion on the look of this advent. The potion bottles and drawers were so fun! 🧪 - however after door number one, it’s a bit of dud and cheaply made sadly.

Aww I love you have an alarm set! 🥹❤️ Thank you endlessly for your support!
No I was very disappointed as well

So smart.
I'm watching late but I came to the comments to see if anyone else would say this! Also would make nice cufflinks too❤
That's a great idea! My ears are super sensitive and I can't wear most of the cute branded/themed earrings.
The best item is on the first day because you can lock the cabinet with it)) and open it every day if you are opening one box a day😊 which is cool but after this first day my expectations were so so high that I was mostly disappointed with everything else 😅
mine won’t relock i think it is broken 😢
The lock and key in number one is so you can lock your potions cabinet 😉
Yes! That was what I immediately thought and was disappointed it wasn't mentioned
how do you relock it i think mine is open i can open it but able to lock it shut
I knew that after watching Peter Kenneth open his... but his lock was sadly, broken. I think it’s a bit of a novelty, an advent calendar you can actually lock. Might help you resist the temptation to open all the boxes at once.

Box/packaging 10/10. Items were trash except the key necklace. Looks like all the money and resources went into the box design.

I love your idea ! I could also see this as an art and craft calendar, with paints, clay, glitter, it would be so fun !
Great ideas

I think I'd have to agree with you regarding value.
Totally agree as well 😊
It’s £3 per item… 😉
@@Overwijn01
Yay 3£ Buttons 🤣😅
Pens. Pencils. Hair ties and buttons. Times 2
The box was so much better than the items in it
Definitely one of the best displays I've ever seen in an advent calender. Very creative. But I don't know if it's worth 80 pounds. I expected a little bit more to be fair. However, the day 1 is definitely a winner...so pretty
You're def paying mostly for the display which sucks especially since the contents are so so cheap and lackluster.
wow this $80 advent calendar looks better than the $1300 Swarovski Disney advent calender. saw someone open that one and YIKES. This one is not bad.
I looked at the video for this one. The padlock is the first item because you use it to lock your cabinet in between visits.
I'm not an HP fan any more for ... reasons ... but, even when I was obsessive, I would have considered this really bad value. Save the money to buy the Harry Potter items you actually like, and do your own advent calendar.
Always love watching the advent calender season. I agree with you that that calender was NOT worth £80
Honestly I think the badges designs reminded me of vintage election pins, almost like the ones in the Goblet of Fire. I thought the Lumos one was super cute!

i actaully liked the pins but i do feel like they couldve added more to them. like with the lumos one i feel like they couldve made it glow in the dark or the lumos more shiny and the same with the wingardium pin they couldve made the stars more glittery so when you'd move it in the light it reflects and shines.
The packaging was the best one…and the flying key and lock was amazing…also i agree with the pin badges, they kinda gives of diner/50s advertisement…
After seeing this calendar, my favourite this year is the Lush one.
That advent calendar is very displayable.. the flying key and lock is definitely my favorite
Thanks!
Thank you so much for the super thanks! 🥹♥️
With the average price for each day being just over $4 USD, I can see the cost being on the cheaper side of things. I would agree that the lock and key should have been last, and the key ring first. The thin bracelets were definitely cheap looking. I would have just preferred the charms on them to go on the larger charm bracelet.
Yeah, i was really anticipating this one.... Hope they take the feedback and improve the quality next year
This advent calendar had so much potential.
Stunning packaging and presentation filled with tat and crap (mostly). I’m still waiting for a calendar that ticks all the boxes.
I am so excited to see all the days to come. I think it's so generous that you bought all these, Cherry! It helps anyone who wants to get advent calendars this year or next, to see which ones are the best value for money. Not to mention it's also just so fun to watch you open them. ^^
Calendar design 100%, probably the nicest looking Advent Calendar I have ever seen. Contents of the box - tat.
I agree with you, the advent calendar its self is so magical but the items inside of it , except the first one , doesn't worth the money its disappointing for such a beautiful calendar
about earrings - if you cant wear them in your ears, you can use them as a pins or collar cuffs
The Flying key and lock you should give the lock to your boyfrined :) that way he can put it on his Keys. And it can remind him of you While he is out and about When not at home :) pretty cute set.
It honestly would have been more exciting if each day was a different potion
I would use the hair slides to hold a tag into a junk journal. I like this calendar.
Agree with the goodies comments. But the cost of producing that magnificent packaging is where the value and cost is.
First, thank you for doing this series. SO much fun! I love it.
Second, I believe they showed that you can put the lock on the front of that calendar. That's probably why it was first. (I wouldn't use it there)
Third, I am quite disappointed in this calendar.
Yes I thought the same, bronze maybe or blue
These are what I think each thing would be valued in a store
Lock necklace: 15-20 dollars
Potion keychain: 12 dollars
Bookmarks: 7-10 bucks each
The tightenable bracelets: 5 dollars each
Buttons: 1 dollar each
Pens: 2 dollars each
The raven claw ornament: 10 dollars
Luna lanyard: 10 dollars
Pencil: 50 cents to a dollar
Scrunchie: 5-7 dollars
Hair tie: 1-2 dollars
Cauldron necklace: 12-13 dollars
Charm braclet plus charms: 13 dollars
Cauldron ornament: 1-2 dollars
Bobby pins: 1 dollar each
You could wear the Love Potion earrings on a purse strap or collar or somewhere else.
The look and feel is amazing but the items are definitely for a younger person.
i'd definitely put the necklace charm on the bracelet to make it fuller, that'd look very cute i think :) to follow you thought on the hairslides/bobbypins, it is a shame they didnt think about the fact you might wanna put them on either sides, but it's also a shame they didn't think about the fact that the wavy side of the pin goes towards your head and they put the spell on that side..... xD anyhow, i love how you pay attention to every little detail you can see on the items as well as the box, i'm sure lots of people worked very hard to think about all those graphic details on the potions and stuff to please potter fans, i think you do those designers justice :) thanks for your videos, i enjoy them very much
Box is cute. And good value. To rebuy all the stuff and to make the box like that. I would have to order a lot of stuff online.
Use clear polish on the posts & backings of the earrings….You can also use it on the back of the earring….I have very sensitive earrings and it’s been a lifesaver 🪄🪄🪄
ears
Honestly considering the lore and variety in the books, I'm surprised how basic and limited the stuff in this is. Like you could easily have a dragon tooth pendant or hippogriff quill pen, not some overstock chibi pencil.

I’m just so happy Cherry is releasing a video everyday! ✨✨✨
🥰✨🎄
Cherry if you don't like the ribbon on the diadem you could always switch that out with a different color. You don't have to keep the actual ribbon on there. But I think they were trying to color coordinate it with the stones in the diadem
True you don’t!
Blue for Ravenclaws Diadem. They could have done black instead
I also think it's a bit weird that they did the diadem but not the other founders' relics!
The cabinet looks like it could be re filled with other items for a different year.
If you have sensitive ears, coat the back and post of your earrings in a thin layer of clear nail polish. And use plastic backs.
I love the box and key necklace, but I can’t part with that much money for that. 💸 Thanks for sharing this one.
I'm also alergic to "fake" errings. I paint the whole part that will be in my ear with clear nail polish. Works for me. 😂
Cherry. This series is so nice to wake up to with my baby. Thank you ❤
8:16 my ears are the same and for the longest of times I couldn't wear anything but gold/silver however it feels like the metal used for making earrings today is not that bad, my ears don't go all itchy and red no more so maybe give it a try?
YASSSSS THE HP QUEEN HAS POSTED AGAIN❤❤❤❤❤❤
You'll be saying that a lot this month... 🤣🩷
@@cherrywallis hahaha i didn’t expect u to reply xxx
I do thing it was stupid to place the first item first cause for sure that should have been door 24.
i like to use those fake earrings as fancy push pins to hang art or postcards!
i look forward to this series every november! perfect thing to hype people up for christmas
okay, maybe I am just doing a dsplay like that myself - apart from part 1 so far I do not really need those.
Cherry's manicure is on point!
Thank you hahaha! 💅🏻
So glad you did this calendar I've been debating it as its so cool but its definitely not worth the price which here in NZ is $200, thanks for another great video!!
Thanks for watching 🎄
The sorting hat hair bobble:
I have it and it came in a set with the sorting hat, time turner, hogwarts, snitch and normal bobbles that say harry potter and stuff like that
Lumos is the charm to light the end of the wand.
Maybe you can change the ribbon on the diadem ornament yourself so it will match your tree
I absolutely love the aesthetic of this calendar. It's beautiful and I would probably even keep it on display. The items not so much 😬 I would probably switch out the pens, pencils, badges and bookmarks for something else, or at least not repeat the same things more than once. I love the scrunchie though 😅
I’m obsessed with the flying key/lock it’s so beautiful
yea it was meant to be used to lock the potion cabinet
To protect your ears from potential nickle issues, you can paint the earring back and posts with clear nail polish.
I agree that the first item was the best and the packaging was so well done. I also liked the cauldron necklace. The other items seemed childish, for a preteen or teen. I would use the scrunchy and hair tie myself.
I absolutely love the lock and key. The packaging was the best part. The jewelry feels cheap.
