- In this video, we will compare two power window master switches with illuminated buttons from Cartrimhome. There are two types of switches, the A Style and B Style. Earlier we did the installation of the A Style switch, including the passenger door buttons (see link below). Today we will install the B Style switch in the 2020 Toyota RAV4 and compare it to the A Style switch.

The lack of lit switches really irked me. My 2016 Accord came with them so I just assumed everyone did it by now. I just installed my B style set today. Took less than 10 minutes to do. Thanks for great detailed instructions. Really works and looks great on my 21 RAV4 XSE.
Just received mine, pleasantly surprised very easy installation. I pried from the back with a flathead came out super easy with zero damage. Definitely going to be buying other parts from these guys. 2021 rav4 hybrid xse was the vehicle for installation

I wish they came out with the B style before I switched all my doors to the A style since Toyota was too cost cutting to put the B style in the first place.

Unfortunately, my research indicates that this accessory is only for left hand drive cars... There does not appear to be a right hand drive version for countries such as NZ.
Why dont the switches that come with the rav4 light up like this? It is hard to see the buttons at night. Toyota should have just have these installed on all the vehicles factory.

I have this on my 2020 XSE Hybrid. It really looks sharp and is a must have!
My question is I am getting a 2021 Hybrid Limited soon and wonder if this will work on the Limited.
B - style looks like OEM.
Except has LED lights, which OEM does not, which is the point.

I was just wondering if the LHD switches would work in RHD switch module.Window and door buttons are wrong way round but I think the power should work.Any idea before purchasing?
I’m waiting for them to have LED switch for the side mirror controls drivers door. and the LED switch for the passenger side door lock switch

Thank you for the tip, that’s where I bought the window switches. I was talking about the powered mirror buttons and passenger door lock buttons. There’s no LED ones that I can find.

Hey Mistah! I am experiencing the same problem! Ever since I installed the door LED Light my window switches are not working anymore! I don't know what is the cause of this! I even removed the Interior Door Light wiring to see if the window switch will turn on again and it won't! Any input on this @Morozov??
@@Jenseekingtruth double check your wiring and the wiring harness, hope this hopes. That’s what helped me figure it out and I fixed it.

My 2021 Rav has a lock button on the passenger side too. I bought the bundle from cartrim but I just realized I need the lock button on the passenger side. The back two and driver is perfect. Do u know anyone who sells a light up lock button by itself? Thanks.

Is there any noticeable difference in the tactile feel between the OEM Toyota switches and the ones from cartrimhome? Does the cartrimhom switch feel cheaper than the original factory switches?
No, there is no difference. Cartrimhome switch looks and feels exactly like the OEM.

Hi, I bought buttons for the doors that belong to the windows. the buttons on the driver 's side light up but the others do not light up, this means that the lights that are on other doors do not work. How do I make them shine too.
Did you buy the complete set of 4 total from them? The back ones and the passenger side should light up, I just installed mine. You have to have had in the package for the 3 single switches 3 extensions that plug into the wire that was originally powering the oem that plugs into it and then into your new light up switch...

@@Jenseekingtruth did you try putting back in the oem ones and see if that will make your windows work? Also like I mentioned if you just buy the driver side one and install it, only that one will work all the other 3 sides won't. You have to buy the x4 complete set. If you did make sure you fallow the wiring correctly and double check your work. If that does not solve it I'd reach out to them then. Also which model and year do you have rav4? Think these are only for 19-21

The switch itself costs 60 USD. If you want to add the passenger door illuminated buttons, then the whole set is 110 USD.

@@marcomobile8195 The Toyota head units do not have wireless CarPlay and very few aftermarket options exist for this car.
