infairness na try ko sya kahit wala akong oyster sauce... ginamit ko lang ang siopao sauce ng 711 at hen lin... 😂😅 ayun masarap.. very simpol 😊
Really? That's nice.
I love it when you say "Kain muna ako" . parang ako din kain din muna ako. I usually cook char siu the chinese way na may fermented bean curd and bake, broil or grill na madaming in and out of the oven for basting. Nakakapagod. Love your easy way of cooking. I actually am trying out your style today . I still used my fermented bean curd for the marinate.
i dont mean to be offtopic but does anyone know of a way to get back into an Instagram account??

Iba ang pork asado dito sa amin sa may batangas kapag fiestahan. Parang afritada style ang itsura ng rekado pero walang veggies, parang color afritada. Hindi mukhang adobo..
Sarap!! Perfect nga sa noodles, restaurant quality yung taste! Thanks for this! Will add chilis next time I cook this, para may kick 🔥
Our pleasure,Thanks Ka-Simpol.
Hope you enjoyed it!
Happy cooking!
Namiss ko bigla Hawker Chan sa SM North
thanks for sharing the recipe. ano po brand ng hongkong noodles and how to cook din po? god bless
My family and I enjoyed this pork dish. I used star anise as sub to 5 spice powder. Thank you chef 😍
Sounds great!
Yummy, sayang mabilisan Kaya Hindi na nagrill... important is controlado ung gus2 Kong taste.
my technique is balutin sa heat proof plastic, 2 layers. ipatong sa sa sinaing.. sabay maluto yung rice and meat. then brush some Lee kum kee na chinese BBQ marinate. grill over charcoal.
😋
A family fave!!! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe 🤍

It's not chinese without MSG.
not sure if chef. pero bakit ang itim ng ilalim ng pan mo? nabasa ko kase sa Book ng chef isa sa pinaka mahalaga sa kanila ang kawali. sobrang selan ng mga totoong chef sa kawali sa ibang bansa
First
Hindi ganyan ang authentic pork asado. After the war the best pork asado is at Quiapo manila. Walang sauce at sini serve yun ng oickled papaya.
