  • Want to know what $50 gets you in Kuala Lumpur? Today, we're diving deep into the bustling streets of the metropolis city, Kuala Lumpur, to see just how far $50 can take us. Trust me, you'll be surprised at the value you can get in this dynamic city. Join us on this journey to see the variety of experiences, traditional foods, and activities that KL offers without breaking the bank. 🌆💰
First stop? Breakfast! 🍛 We head over to "The Sai Hills Corner Restaurant" and indulge in the national dish, nasi lemak. It's a sumptuous rice dish cooked in coconut milk, accompanied by a spicy sambal, crispy anchovies, boiled egg, and peanuts. Truly the best way to start the day! And guess what? It only set us back $11!
After fueling up, it was time to soak in some culture. The iconic Batu Caves awaited us, with its towering 140 foot golden statue of Lord Murugan and the steep 272 steps leading up to the limestone caverns. Not only is this place a treat for the eyes, but it's also rich in history and heritage. The best part? Absolutely free!
With all that climbing, it was time for a hearty lunch. Off we go to Sin Kiew Yee Shin Kee Beef Noodle. And for just $9, we got a generous portion of succulent beef noodles, dripping in flavor. The beef was tender, and the broth was divine!
As we strolled around China Town, a toy store caught our eye. With toys as low as $0.65, we couldn't resist picking up a little something for the kids. It's always heartwarming to see how the little things can bring so much joy.
Feeling the tropical heat? Time for a sweet treat! 🍦 We went to Lot 10 to try the tallest ice-cream in town. For just $3.50, you get a tower of delicious, melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Trust us; it's a challenge to eat it before it melts, but oh-so-worth-it!
Now, here's something we didn't expect to find - a free painting class right next to the KLCC fountains! The heart of the city isn't just about shopping and eating; there's art and creativity flowing through its veins. We took a brush and added our own splash of color to the KL canvas.
Last but not least, dinner! The day ended with a hearty meal and beautiful view of the Petronas Towers at the NZ Curry House. $11 got us plates filled with flavorful curries, aromatic rice, and soft naan. And we had to take advantage of the famous towering Roti Tissue! A fitting end to a day filled with flavors and experiences.
All in all, a full day in Kuala Lumpur with an array of activities and meals, all for $50. It just goes to show that you don't need to spend big bucks to enjoy the essence of a city. From mouthwatering foods to enriching cultural experiences, KL truly has it all. Make sure to LIKE, SHARE, and SUBSCRIBE for more of our adventures. See you on the next one! 🌍🛫

of course you can, I can stretch $50 for two even three days in Kuala Lumpur with food & all & a little bit of entertainment. For capital city, Kuala Lumpur is cheap imo (Biggest Rival is Bangkok)

Johor also have a lot of festivals during Merdeka.
For example: In Legoland Malaysia, there are a lot of visitors there. At Eco Botanic, there are a lot of stalls sell food and drinks were set inside the mall of Eco Galleria.
We are looking forward that where they need to go for filming? Guess it out

It's actually Dubai that wants to become modern like Malaysia which is far more advanced than Dubai. Many buildings in Dubai were built by companies from Malaysia. Dr. Mahathir is their idol. Burj Khalifa steel construction parts was built by a construction company (EVERSENDAI)from Malaysia.

with the value of 50 Malaysian ringgit for 4 family members maybe enough for breakfast. and only a little left over. because now the price of raw materials is quite high in Malaysia. with 50 ringgit for a day maybe just for breakfast.😅🥳🫰
